    About the funk element. Indeed it is in Korn, especially in that era, and a lot of that was thanks to the drummer David Silveria, you can check out his drumming here on a recording session, when played separately it's becoming very cleare how much funk in his drumming. One of the reasons they sound very differently after he left

    Studio Korn = Old Korn > New Korn
    Live Korn = Old Korn < New Korn
    Def agree with Tim. I saw them in 1998 and 2000, and then again in like.... 2019? They were still good in the 90's, but as far as live performance, they slap live now. For sure.
