If someone was interested, Noah Lyles talks about what he is doing while sprinting at top end. He specifically said he is trying to push down! “Pushing” off the ground does not allow for your tendons to use their stored energy. Noah Lyles has a TH-cam channel if you want to check that out.
That is great insight and yes his TH-cam channel is very helpful. To expand on that, based on Noah's mechanics I would assume his 'push off' came a little more natural to him while I see a lot of sprinters that struggle especially with acceleration because there is not much push off in their mechanics.. So focusing more on the foot strike is probably based off something he needs to do like for me I have to focus on getting good lift out of my foot as that does not come as naturally. So it is important to identify what needs to improve and be a student of your own sprinting form, not just following what others are saying is important.. Not to say Noah's statement isn't valuable it is just different for different athlete's in their development.

Great video. Can you do a video talking about USAIN BOLT'S turnover speed while being 6 feet 5 inches tall with very long legs please 🙏🏾 ?
Yes sir. Working on that now, going to actually be on his leg cycle but similar concept.
@Performancelabofcalifornia thank you 😄
@@aaronmbaye6498 nahhhh he don’t need to talk about somebody who is never gonna run again!!!!
great film can you make film about good speed training?
Yes sir. Working on the video now. Want to make it into a really good presentation for you guys.
So basically more force is the key to turnover
I would say controlling more force is a big key.. Have to be able to rebound quickly off the ground or more force could slow the leg cycle down.

@@Performancelabofcalifornia greetings from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. Mhoroi. Muve nezuva rakanaka.
