Wow, this guy just blew my mind! I know how hard I need to work to run a sub 1:30 for the half and he runs a 1:19 like it's nothing....with a huuuuge smile on his face! :-) He's a role model!
I have not ran since when I last ran the Nashville Rock 'N' Roll 1/2 Marathon last year! I have been kind of busy lately, but I need to think about if I should start training again in the fall! I have ran about 15 1/2 Marathon races and I have placed 1st under my age category in some races! If I do get a chance to train for another 1/2 Marathon, then maybe I can try and do the Disney one!

Yeah I started running three years ago beginning with a few 5k’s, 10k’s, 15k’s, and then to 15 1/2 Marathons!
