It was HILARIOUS when that happened to me! I wasn’t too worried about not getting 1st because I knew I could run it back on the later rounds as bots aren’t that good on those maps so I just took it in stride.
At the 5:15 mark, you drop down significantly fast, before getting a boost of speed upon hitting the ground. I noticed that you've done this a few other times in the footage. How did you drop so fast without E Braking?
It’s an extreme slope downward so I just stop accelerating and let it drop me. The boost of speed comes from landing on slopes that face forwards as well.

How do you make those sharp drifts? I can't get them consistently
Using a heavier character gives you faster drift charge, also you can hold brake while drifting to make a tighter turn
A little bit of wavedashing and a lot of hoping the bots dont engage overdrive. Was this on 2.2?
