Thank you for your very videos. My wife introduced me to your channel, as we are looking into moving part time or full time to México, Morelia, to be exact once we retire. Your videos are very educational and humorous all at once. We appreciate your sincerity, and we got to admit, excellent choice in music.
I'm verklempt. Your geeking out was so heart warming, love was oozing out every pore. LOVED LOVED this video! Thank you so much for making that climb, every vista was better than the one before. What a brilliant mind to create this palatial site! The terraces still visible, the fauna spectacular, the actual baths even appeared usable to this day. The views and your smile were equally beautiful. Much gratitude for this one! Yes, I'm still binging 😂❤
Amazing…thanks for bringing this to us, especially since history seems to present advancements like these with such a European emphasis. Loved the mama dog drying off and giving you that “let a bitch live” look back. 😂
Hi there! Loved your video, super helpful and informative. I'm a Landscape Architecture student at UBC and I'm curious about how you found the clips of the renderings by Gustavo Coronel Sanchez, the Archaeologist? Thank you!
@@GringoInterrupted It's funny. I watched a History Channel documentary about the Aztecs, and they talked about how marvelous engineering was to create such a thing. Now I need to go when I go back to Mexico City.
That’s awesome! You are right this should well known but it’s not. Reminded me of Machu Picchu which was also a summer resort for the king. I have the same enthusiasm at templo mayor. Everytime I’m there, it’s empty. Or I hear “yes I went to zocalo and ate a cuisine tacos… but missed templo mayor”. With that rain you shoulda jumped in the bath while it was full of water. Haha. How hard is this to get to from Mexico City / zocalo?
Haha, thanks! That rain was cold, or else I would have! Its not hard to get to from the city, subway to bus station, bus to texcoco, then a combi. I show how to get there at the end of the video. You could also Uber
Super interesting!! Definitely need to go here when I move to Mexico! By the way, do a search for images of Rwanda terraced farm and you’ll see they use this technique as it is the land of 1000 mountains and no other choice!! Beautiful country if you ever get a chance to go, do it!
I really love what you did all day there, man. I wish one day I could do that.
Such an amazing day! Hope you can get there someday!
So amazing! We need more Engineer-Poet-Artist-kings these days! If the baths could talk! :)
Haha, we sure do! Thanks! 😊
We really enjoyed this video and appreciate how much knowledge you bring to us all when you're visiting the ancient sites.
Wow, thanks so much! 😊
Thanks for going to the effort of all that climbing. I am watching & enjoying all your videos in Tasmania.
