Great video Brandon. The hubcap wasn't a pirate ship, it was the Mayflower. As in the Pilgrims and where did the Pilgrims land? At Plymouth Rock. That tells you that the hubcap was off an old Plymouth. Keep up the great work, hey to the family.
@carmine redd you are crazy. John Hancock was indeed a pirate but he was born over a hundred years after the landing of the Mayflower at Plymouth rock! What is the connection?!?
Awesome hunt! So nice of that man to share his spot like that. I’ve met some older people who can’t move around like they used to and they are so happy to see the excitement on my face when I talk about finding history. They share spots with me and we keep in touch with what I find. This place is definitely promising!
Holy Cow !!!! Brandon I think Mr Edward deserves a free T-shirt. That honey hole is gonna be so cool. Do you suppose all that household glass came from a mine camp? Awesome video and as always thanks for taking us along
I love the exploration of new tributaries. Often times they were like Forrest's "Box-o-chocolates." Great video brother, and thank you Mr. James Edwards for caring enough to share! ♥
What an amazing connection, I'm so happy for you and Mr. Edwards that you could have this adventure and explore the area he once explored those many years ago. I can't wait for more videos in this location!
I wished I had some help so I could dig right here by my house. I have done some digging on my own and have found 4 maybe 5 large toats full of old glass bottles. Milk jugs milk glass just your house hold trash. Large pieces of Petrified wood. Lots of marbles. But there are two other spots that were family homesteads and a place where there used to be a train stop and also a place where people would bring there ox to to water and feed them. All right here in I guess you could say my back yard. We have 99 acres of land and I've only scratched the surface of maybe a half acre. I love getting my hands dirty. Lol lol
@@adventurearchaeology Don't let them hate on your full head of hair! My husband has a head slick as those whiskey bottles and shaped like those tadpoles!!🤣🤣
Oh awesome site. How exciting.. Thank you Mr. Edwards for sending Brandon this location. This is going to be a great making of many video hunts. 😊 ~ Texas
That looks like a very promising spot. My great grandfather and his brothers were pretty big moonshiners back during the depression. I always heard about it, but found newspaper articles online from the times he was caught. I wish I could search for his sites, but it seems like he was making whiskey in houses and barns.
As a kid, I used to catch some of those great big tadpoles out of a local creek and bring them home. Mom let me have an old metal 5 gallon pot and my tadpoles got put in there with some of their creekwater and lots of town water that didnt have chlorine or fluoride in it. I would catch bugs and put them in the water and a few tadpoles grew up and became bullfrogs. I had a mini cemetery with popsickle stick crosses for the tadpoles that didnt make it to become frogs. Lots of good times back then in that old town creek!
That armadillo wasn’t in the mood for treasure hunting. I have so many around my house my kids started naming them. Vanilla and pickle are the only names I can remember!!! Anyway another great video!!
When looking for the still-site, look for another stream or natural spring flowing down towards the creek. I'm fairly certain they wouldn't be able to use that creek as a flowing water supply for the still.
Can't wait, sounds like an awesome place! I used to do that, but break insulators, many of them. We lived next to a train track. Of course we didn't know back then
Most preferred to keep their still behind a natural or artificial wall or mound because it provides some cover from wind and makes it easier to camouflage it when they’re not brewing
Awesome site! Even with those slimy bastards!! Eeeww....just can't trust them!🐍😂😂 Can't wait to see more videos! Maybe if there is family left, a short video show 12:06 ing them what you found.
I want to know what the heck those tadpoles were eating! WOW! Looks like the hub cap is from a Plymouth. According to the research I did, they stopped using the ship and switched to the current Pentastar between the 1970s and 1980s.
Walk your local creeks behind the older parks and cemeteries. Dumps most likely won't be on Sanborn maps, in fact they'll rarely be labeled on any map. Good luck!
The hub cap if from a "Hudson" the emblem kid a ship called the Half Moon Captained by Henry Hudson, after whom which is named the Hudson River and the village of Hudson, both in New York State.
Y’all don’t forget to check out our shop build on the other video! We’d love for you to subscribe over there: th-cam.com/video/cWYeTwMBN5o/w-d-xo.html
Will do my friend
The wheel cover is Plymouth

Great video Brandon. The hubcap wasn't a pirate ship, it was the Mayflower. As in the Pilgrims and where did the Pilgrims land? At Plymouth Rock. That tells you that the hubcap was off an old Plymouth. Keep up the great work, hey to the family.
Hubcap is 100% off a Plymouth, the ship is the Mayflower. No pirates were involved lol.
@carmine redd No doubt that the pilgrims weren't the saints that the stories made them out to be but pirates? Really?
@carmine redd you are crazy. John Hancock was indeed a pirate but he was born over a hundred years after the landing of the Mayflower at Plymouth rock! What is the connection?!?
hubcap is from a Plymouth, early 50s
I think the hub cap is a Plymouth
Thank you Mr Edwards! What a great site!

The armadillo is a cool little dude for sure!! Kind of a dinosaur badger. Best wishes /Mike ,Sweden
I’ve heard they have poor vision. I’ve been able to sneak all the way up to one before without it seeing me haha!
@@adventurearchaeology Be careful, even a cool lookin' little creature have teeth!
1951 Plymouth Belvedere hubcap
I’m glad someone new! Thanks!
Holy Cow !!!! Brandon I think Mr Edward deserves a free T-shirt. That honey hole is gonna be so cool. Do you suppose all that household glass came from a mine camp? Awesome video and as always thanks for taking us along
What a cool spot! Mr. Edwards is very kind for letting you go out there!
I can basically smell this video. Lovely trip.
I love the exploration of new tributaries. Often times they were like Forrest's "Box-o-chocolates." Great video brother, and thank you Mr. James Edwards for caring enough to share! ♥
Thank you Mr. Edward's! Yes Sir that would be a Bullfrog. Around here we call those "Pollywogs". Thanks for taking us with you!
Haha I always thought a Pollywog was a Pokémon? 🤪
What an amazing connection, I'm so happy for you and Mr. Edwards that you could have this adventure and explore the area he once explored those many years ago. I can't wait for more videos in this location!

11:39 is a Plymouth hubcap, likely 50s

That's the biggest tadpole I've ever seen! Wow!
Cool hunt!
Love ur channel keep it up
Its a Plymouth mayflower hubcap. Circa 1940
The ship on the hub cap is an emblem for a Plymouth probably 1950's or early 1960's. Great show!
Awesome sight!!! Looking forward to seeing all you find there. Take care and God bless
What an awesome place Brandon!!
I hope next time you get better weather. Can't wait to see a follow-up hunt!
Great exploration! Very intriguing!!!
Hub cap is from a late 40s early 50s Plymouth, good video!
So fun to find a new spot!
Brandon that weather gave you your coolest hairstyle yet!
Haha I’ll need some pruning shears for my hair soon 😂😂
Interesting location for sure! Congrats on the finds Brandon! I would DEFINITELY be on the lookout for snakes also lol.
👍🙏>>>💚~~~looks like a great find thank you for sharing 🤫

1950's ?? Plymouth hubcap
1951 Belvedere
I had no clue!
I love the creek walking and finds.

Always great content
That armadillo wasn’t in the mood for treasure hunting. I have so many around my house my kids started naming them. Vanilla and pickle are the only names I can remember!!! Anyway another great video!!
That’s hilarious! Pickle the armadillo has an awesome ring to it 😂😂😂
Awesome place 👍👍❤️
Great video. I knew it was going to be a good one when I saw the armadillo. Is this north Alabama or down south? I live west of Birmingham.
Great video! I’ve seen all the new ones so I’m going to the older ones.
What fun!
Giant tadpoles. Cool
Great hunt!! The hubcap was of what could be an early 50’s Plymouth.
When looking for the still-site, look for another stream or natural spring flowing down towards the creek. I'm fairly certain they wouldn't be able to use that creek as a flowing water supply for the still.
Fun creek adventure, can’t wait to see you back with the metal detector.
Cool!
I don't blame you, don't give up your spots
Hubcap is from a 48-52 Plymouth and I believe those were stainless steel.
Can't wait, sounds like an awesome place! I used to do that, but break insulators, many of them. We lived next to a train track. Of course we didn't know back then
Awesome
I thought you were going to metal detecting on the beach this week
Snakes are taking revenge and watching you !!! Good, they protect the treasures of the creeks 🙂
Most preferred to keep their still behind a natural or artificial wall or mound because it provides some cover from wind and makes it easier to camouflage it when they’re not brewing
Cool bottles. Plymouth is the hub cap not sure of the yr. I found a trunk emblem with the ship and sails on it.
Hubcap looks like an old Plymouth. Armadillo is an armored Possum! LoL!!
Awesome site! Even with those slimy bastards!! Eeeww....just can't trust them!🐍😂😂 Can't wait to see more videos! Maybe if there is family left, a short video show 12:06 ing them what you found.
Could not get over the SIZE of that tadpole! Haha!
I want to know what the heck those tadpoles were eating! WOW!
Looks like the hub cap is from a Plymouth. According to the research I did, they stopped using the ship and switched to the current Pentastar between the 1970s and 1980s.
Mayflower Plymouth 1953 hubcap.
Do you not have gators there? What a fun hobby you have!
We do but they are few and far between.
What to do if your local library has no sanborn maps or anything but books with pictures but no dumps in pictures
Walk your local creeks behind the older parks and cemeteries. Dumps most likely won't be on Sanborn maps, in fact they'll rarely be labeled on any map. Good luck!
Don't give away the town, but did you find any whole soda bottles? I think Mr Edward's turned you on to a good spot!!
They were all broken. But I have a feeling there will be one pop out eventually.
Hub cap is from a plymouth mayflower Early 50's
Say you found a Plymouth wheel cover,,,,
Plymouth hubcap.
The hub cap if from a "Hudson" the emblem kid a ship called the Half Moon Captained by Henry Hudson, after whom which is named the Hudson River and the village of Hudson, both in New York State.
Question, how many times do you walk into a creek without finding anything before marking that one off the list?
Usually once. There should be broken pieces everywhere.
❤❤
How do find so many dumps I’ve been wanting to look for old bottles for several years now but I can’t seem to find any dumps I’m in southeast Virginia
th-cam.com/video/DEkF2MT5JlI/w-d-xo.html
I’m Chris Hansen with dateline, this is adventure archaeology
With that hair sideburns and mustache, it looks like you could start an adult film in the mid-80s lol😂
Dang right! 😂😂
kool
DeSoto 🤷♀️ on the hubcap
I'm watching with my sister, she said the hubcap is a Plymouth?
I'm sure the household glass could be from the guys making the moonshine because they would be there days at a time and needed meds and food.
That logo is more than likely the old Plymouth logo
That's a Plymouth hubcap.
Personally I love your channel, but I would be wearing the tallest pair of snake boots to do what you do. GBY you and your family!
wheel cover belongs to a mayflower plymouth
You do know that when you hear thunder there was lightning first. Lol. Lrra
Somebody beat me to it, that was a Plymouth hubcap
Plymouth.
