    HOW A WOMAN SHOWS SHE IS INTERESTED IN A MAN by RC Blakes
    Society says that a woman should aggressively pursue a man. Many women are choosing this short term mating strategy and are experiencing horrible results.
    Though it is not wise for a woman to push the issue, it is imperative that a woman knows how to tactfully send approval signals. There are very practical strategies a modest woman may employ to experience better outcomes with communicating her interest to a man. Let's Talk About It!

      I can mostly agree with this but it is a little different in a long distance situation. After corresponding for a length of time I think there is nothing wrong in asking a man of his interest so the woman can move on. Prayer throughout the whole process is necessary.

He somehow sensed that and we never discussed it again. We worked together until I moved away. It's been an entire year. He recently contacted me....now divorced officially 12 months ago. Actually such attitude guarantees getting hurt! It's better to be disillusioned or rejected before we get invested emotionally, than to create an attachment to a person we have nothing really in common. And then the hurt is much, MUCH greater, because we not only have feelings for the wrong person, but we also lost hope and lost time. The lesser are the losses, the lesser is our hurt.
      Take it from a former people-pleaser! If you meet a new friend or a man, just be yourself, as someone said : "Come on, be "difficult ;) ". If the real you is too much / not good enough, then this person is definitely not the right companion for you!
      All my friendships based on "playing it cool" ended with me being taken advantage of and / or disrespced. My best friend is a person, who met the real me since the day 1. And guess what? She told me she really loves me for who I am, even if I am not perfect, even if I have flaws or problems in my own life. If another lady can love you dearly for who you are, the right man will do as well!
      Don't be afraid to be you. You will be spared of years of disappointment, pain and humiliation. I can guarantee it!

    • @missstarrynight7736
      @missstarrynight7736 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Middle ground is also risky. Mostly because it's not really authentic attitude. To reach a middle ground, you have to compromise something. The less self-esteem, the more is sacrificed. I tried that in friendships... it ends up in the same way - people's ways part. Middle ground is good for superficial relationships, like with co-workers. @@orianam9835

    My only issue if a woman is showing that much interest, she must be sure that the relationship isn't ONLY about him and his desires. There are men so selfish that the woman gets little or no interest from the man because everything is all about him.

    Dear RC Blakes, I totally understand what you’re saying. HOWEVER, I live in an environment, where I constantly need to be on a look out to reinforce my personal boundaries. If I go out with a smile, I feel vulnerable. For those women that do everything themselves, that have to go out in the world and be powerful, be influential, be strict, to not only defend themselves, but make the positive change needed in their communities, the smile and bubbly thing is just not an option on day to day bases. I love smiling and being all soft feminine, but because of the circumstances I have to be the fierce feminine. So, I’m thinking, maybe I should just wait for God to introduce me to a man that’s not intimidated by it, that actually sees past the exterior armour that some of us just GOT to put on, and that will actually want me exactly as I am with that armour and all, because it will be a perfect fit for his purpose and his will be for mine. Also, being single is absolutely a blessing too.

    Pastor Blakes is speaking into my soul when he says that a lot of men complain about women being mean and unfriendly but don't address the reason why. Speaking right into my soul. My ex was abusive to me when I was pregnant with his children 7 and 8 years ago. He moved out and left me to deal with the last pregnancy by myself. He wasn't even there at the hospital when I had the baby. I have forgiven him for the benefit coparenting. But to this day he can't get over the boundaries I have up around him. He always says I am too guarded and businesss-like. I wish God would speak into his heart so that he could understand the pain he has caused me.
    The validation was real in this video. Thank you!

    I think it helps when you listen to something funny or that makes you happy! Especially right before you are going to see your person. Because then, you are mentally happy and light and your smile and eye contact will be natural.

    Pastor Blake, thank you so much for sharing this message. My father passed away when I was 9years old and even when he was alive we never had a very close relationship. My mother put me in boarding school while she hustled to make ends meat for us and between the ages of 14-22 I never saw her until my graduation day from University. So I had little to no male guidance and had to figure a lot out on my own. Realising now that I know that the man God placed for me, I pushed him away because I was forward and lacked feminine wisdom. Thank you for your ministry. Trusting God for healing in my life and to apply all your teachings going forward.
    Saving up to be a part of the Mordecai Mission programme. Thank you ❤ love from South Africa 🇿🇦

    My personality is always to look anyone that I come in contact in the eye, with a smile - most times a joyful greeting because I’m such a ppl person.
    My issue most times is that men seem to think that I’m interested in them immediately other then just being friendly as a possible introduction.
    I will continue to do so because I enjoy engagement.
    I’ve met so many men that say that I’m everything a Godly man would want…. Tell me how different I am, beautiful, all those things. But most have not done the work for themselves. And I say that with love.
    At the right time,
    Much love - keep up the Great Work- Such a blessing!🙏🏽💯

    "To chase means something is running from you." And why would one want someone who's running from them? Clearly this indicates they do not share the same feelings. With that said, save that energy for chasing the little ones (toddlers) your life. I personally wouldn't want someone I had to chase. But that's just me. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    I learned a lot and I'm taking mental note. I've been briefly having conversation with a guy at church and in conversation I unintentionally began approaching the conversation in the way you've been describing without me knowing I was doing so 🤣🤣🤣. Great conversation and the talking is non-stop until finally the service begins. This is well needed because often it's "let him do it" without an idea of the woman sending a signal as you mentioned to give him a green light.

    More often than not it’s the women who bend over and backwards to show interest and to please their male partners. It seldom happens the other way round. It’s also the women who are invested in studying the likes, the hobbies and preferences of the guys. And last but not least it’s the women who read and study relationships books in the hope of keeping communication smooth in difficult times and making things work. How much energy and investment can a Queen conscious woman expect from her man ?

    I don't think many men look around at us and see rubies. Candy in a candy store, maybe. But our value just doesn't seem to be noticed or cared about. Unless men just act like they don't see anything so that they can more easily lower our value

    Well, very embarrassing to realize the mistakes I have made by holding my questions and interest back out of fear of looking too eager, and ended up talking too much out of nervous energy and not knowing what to do. Maybe I tried too soon before I was healed enough. He was open and ready to share, too. And I had so many questions that I never asked. I completely blew it. And since women don't chase...is there even anything I can do now? He really means the world to me, and I completely blew it.

      That’s happened to the best of us so please don’t be too hard on yourself. At least next time you’ll be intentional and listen more and speak less. You could probably just text him and ask how he’s doing and let him know you truly enjoyed speaking to him but would like to hear more about his interests since the conversation was mostly about you and wait for him to answer. If he’s truly interested, he’ll reach out to you and let you know. Good luck on your journey 🙏🏾🙏🏾

    This is an interesting perspective. I know a lot of "modern" women struggle with actually being interested in men. I find most men to be boring and their interests limited. We assume that we should just find men interesting...I didn't realize that older generations of women actually work at it. Wow, I never realized how far off base we are. Modern women expect to find a handsome, interesting, and healthy person to relate to and we keep coming up short never realizing that relationships are work from the very beginning. Guess this is what happens when you're raised on Disney.

    • @nzingahoney
      @nzingahoney 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's very true
      The boys do not grow up watching Disney chick flicks so they may have no idea what the girls expect. But to me everyone knows women love to be impressed and taken care of

    Thank you pastor for your advices. I am genuinely being this kind of woman, signalling with grace my genuine interest with kind question because I want to know who he is, and what he has to offer as a man... however... after 3 attempts to deepen our conversations., I feel like he seems to be avoiding any interaction with me each time I intend to get to know him more (example : what do you love about the minister you are in?)... I am not the kind of woman to chase (anymore!!!) I am patient and believe that the man should be the one to initiate things... and to be honest I am feeling like I should just move on... because although he really seems to be a man of God, and shows some qualities i admire and love in a man, this kind of attitude he is presenting tells me that he might not be ready or simply not interested in me. And it is important for me that the man I would choose to let in my life IS indeed interested in ME without me having to tell him how great I am. So I am praying and am not really attached to the outcome, trusting God. Any more advice?
