5 Month Old Baby Update|IUGR & Premature Baby

- Hey ya'll! Sorry this update is a little late, life gets in the way sometimes as I'm sure a lot of you momma's out there understand.
I can't believe little Laney Bug is 5 months old already. In today's update I go over her weight, her feeding schedule, talk about our recent formula change, her favorite things, etc. At the end of our 4 month update, I had touched on postpartum depression and how I had been experiencing some of the symptoms associated with that. At the end of today's video, I update you guys on all of that and how I've been feeling this month. Enjoy!

You used to be able to exchange diapers for different sizes but it's been years since I had a little one in them. You could also try to sell them on a local Facebook yard sale site. Good luck hun! You and Laney look great!

you sooo blessed to have your precious little girl so strong and healthy ! She will.be so proud of having you as a mom ... you are doing.so good! ... I know it's none of my business but I am curious... don't you have an older daughter? why don't you ever talk about her or mention her as part of your life like your other 2 kids?
Alexandra Losoya thank you so much! Yes I do, her name is Lexi and she is my stepdaughter. She has been in my life since she was 8 years old. When I do these updates, I'm doing them based off of my experience with pregnancy and raising babies. I call Lexi my daughter because since she was 8 years old she has lived with my husband and I full time, so I am her mother in other ways than biological. Hope this clarifies things for you. 😊
Even my baby is premature so I wanted to ask which baby fomula would be the best in helping him gaining weight

hi...my baby is now 5mnths old and was IUGR at birth time.. she's gaining weight slowly.. i just want to know wht type of diet i should take as she is only on breastfeeding..pls can u help me..pls
I was just induced two weeks ago bc of iugr I freaked out bc if they didn't induce me and they would of held off any longer I would of not brought my baby home from the hospital but thankfully I did she has a bit of trouble eating and gaining weight but she is thriving....

Hi! I also had my baby at 32 weeks and I was just curious about changing her formula. My baby girl is also on neosure and I had asked about switching but they didn't want to because they wanted to make sure she was gaining weight. Did your daughter have any issues with gaining weight when you took her off the neosure? And also did she ever make a lot of grunting sounds when she was sleeping on her back? My baby does that a lot throughout the night and her pediatrician said it's normal but it just sounds like she's uncomfortable
Brittany Lerma Hi! We had to switch her off of the Neosure because she had developed an allergy to it and could no longer take it. We didn't have any issues with her gaining weight without it thank goodness! I feel like once we found our latest formula this past month, that that's when she really started to gain good weight! My doctor said to not worry about how much she is gaining, but that any kind of growth right now is all that matters, and as long as she isn't losing any weight then he is happy. I know that every doctor is different, so I'm sure there are others out there that have different expectations. I hope this helps!
if you can't exchange them you should donate them to a woman's shelter. your pediatrician might be able to help you donate them
