- Hi Guys! Today I am sharing with you my baby's routine. Amaya is 5 months old now (how did that happen?!) and so I will be taking you through what a day in this little one's life looks like. Everything from feeds, naps, awake time and so on. I did a similar video to this one back when she was a newborn, linked below, and so I thought this would be good to show how we have evolved from a less structured routine into a more predictable one.
I hope you enjoy watching and would love to hear any thoughts, suggestions on your experience with a 5 month old and what worked for you.

Hello! Have you ever woke her up from naps? And if so, was it because was time for a feed or because you were trying to stick to some sleep schedule?
She is a cutie pie , I have a 3 months old baby girl , nice hairbands and frocks
How do you get her to sleep for two hours every time? Mine is so random but its often only half an hour

Hey no neither of my kids do thankfully. Sleep training worked really well for us xx
How much Your baby weight?
Amaya is 10 months old now and she weighs around 9kg xx

Yes lovely she does 😊 we sleep trained her at 5 months which means she learnt to self settle xx
