we all cried together, my friends.
Lost my big brother on Good Friday after a 3 year battle with esophageal cancer that spread to his brain. He was larger than life to me...we enjoyed motorcycling, and took some epic trips together. In 1987 he bought a brand new BMW K75 and put over 345,000 miles on it. He had several other bikes as well, and he knew when riding season was over at this time last year in 2019 that he was parking them for good...I felt he was wrong, but he knew. Thank you, Angelina, for such a beautiful song to remember those we love and miss ❤
I lost my younger brother to covid. He was 52, not old. He died alone in his home a state away but it’s like it was a million miles away cause I couldn’t go. This makes me think of him so much. It’s like he’s “in my tears.” Oh gosh this hits so close ❤️

It's been the most topsy-turvy year I've ever seen. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my last two sisters, my father-in-law and an uncle within three months of one another in 2016. They were (are) "in my tears" as well, so I know somewhat of your pain and loss. May you have better, brighter, and more blessed days ahead!

You are very important.... open your heart to receiving confirmation of this in small and maybe also not so small ways... write to people you know to let them know you care, write snippets of stories about our life and observations to family members and friends and ask for a snippet ack of their stories.
Each person wants to e wanted, and when we show we care, when we reach out as Angelina does in her deep caring without asking anything back from us, well .... the caring just flows and overflows beautifully everywhere.

I have often said that youth is wasted on the young.......not in this case. She is an old soul. Not many singers interpret and convey the meaning of lyrics like she does. She is a gift.

She has experienced the loss this song depicts, but she has understood in the past many deep emotions that are inexplicable for her age.... This song touched me deeply, I lost my daughter and mother in the past three years, has brought me to tears each time I have listened to it, it just sinks so deep.

I have 6 sisters so I knew I had to be strong and ever since then I've wondered, why haven't I cried yet ? I wondered if there was something wrong with me... But thanks to Angelina, I have now. This beautiful song brought it out of me. Ive never listened to a musical artist and thought to myself I love this person, but I can truly say I love Angelina. I have been crying all day for three reasons. First, because of the excitement over the release of Angelina's first single from Republic Records. Second, because of the sheer beauty of "Million Miles" - the music, the lyrics, the production quality and, most importantly, Angelina's astounding voice! Third, I went back to reminisce with some of my favorite reactors over the years. Although I had viewed these reactions many, many times in the past, watching them now in light of this important milestone in Angelina's life and career was very emotional for me. It was like paging through the family photo album just after giving my daughter away at her wedding. The poignant memories about her youth are now colored with the knowledge that she has grown up and taken a huge step in her life. While we will follow and support her in whatever the future holds, she will always be the little girl we have come to know and love. Could someone please pass the tissues??

Still in denial about one of my brothers who passed away in May. Not that she needs an expensive and big production but the video is very beautiful and she delivered top notch heartfelt lyrics and vocals as we all expected (she never disappoints!). I don't think it is a coincidence with the lyrics she wrote that you called out - "He said I'm watching you from the moon, I'm everywhere, see everything you do". I feel she is referencing every lyric she sang on her covers of "Fly me to the moon" and the video represents her reaching out to embrace her grandpa's spirit. Always enjoy hearing your perspective on life and looking forward to your next Angelina reaction.

Loved your comments about older people (I'm 65!) and the younger generation. I am privileged to know and work with some wonderful, sweet, fun-loving teens and young adults at a supermarket where I'm a cashier. We have a very good rapport, and I love to talk, joke, and laugh with them, along with discussing their dreams, goals, interests, concerns, and sometimes even their fears. Before this, I taught middle school and high school students for a number of years, many of whom I still hold near and dear to my heart and still communicate with on Facebook, etc. I'm thankful to God for allowing my and their paths to intertwine over the years!
