The day after my 1st day at UPS it felt like I had played in a football game the day before. Sore and couldn't move. Well 32 years later and only age 56 and retired from UPS it was worth it for me.
Do not feel so bad about being banned. You can be banned for any given reason once you leave even if you give two weeks notice and you have been a good employee, if management wants to blacklist you, they will. The only thing i can say, regardless of it, it's always good to leave with the doors open because you never know when you will need to reapply again, as a worst case scenario, later on in life.
I work for express myself, as much as I've thought about making the move to big brown, I think I will stick it out with express. Sure the pay is no where near what UPS pays, but I can survive on what I'm making, and pay will only go up for me. Plus I REALLY enjoy only averaging about 60 stops daily, half are envelops, I drive a sweet mini van with AC and Sirius XM, home by usually 4PM, and have my weekends off. It's not always about the money, I feel like my quality of life is much better at express than it would be with UPS.
@@dirkdiggler2695 start time is 640 on Monday, and 7 the rest of the week. Not during peak right now so I get done pretty early with no daily overtime, or very little. So usually about 580-650 take home a week. But during peak it's a lot more since I'll stay out a lot later most days. Plus, I'm still about $8 off of getting top pay. So it'll only go up over the years. But I'm content right now, it's pretty laid back.
Sounds like a perfect balance for you. Yeah stick with what you already have. It's not always just about the money. UPS is brutally hard comparing to what you have. And NO AC in any vehicles. Like sitting in a sauna 4+ months of the year. I'm with Purolator in Toronto. Love it, it's like what you have. Easy and perfect balance
I worked at amazon and now work at ups.. and let me tell you people who work at amazon should never complain about working hard cause boy I tell you ups ain't no joke.. warehouse wise.. but ups does offer great pay and great benefits
Yeah Amazon is way easier than UPS. (And I haven't even been to UPS yet lol.) But Amazon is still stressful. (And I'm talking about the delivery station.)
@@LaosHouse I work for ups , and it’s hard work, but its definitely worth it. If I were you I would go directly to the warehouse, express that you really want to work there, and I’m sure they will hire you. Had a buddy that was in the same situation as you and he regretted leaving. Couldn’t apply , so he ended up just going to the warehouse in a different ups facility and told them his situation, but that this time he wanted to stay and make it a career. You can give it a shot, if you really want it.
I quit UPS years ago after being hired for package delivery driver and was “non rehireable”. Reapplied last year to UPS and was hired for feeder driver. If they want you they will make it work out. Reapply, worse case is no, then move on. I like UPS but honestly if something was available with a better schedule I would probably go that route although I’m happy to be at UPS.
Don't feel bad. UPS didn't want you. That's the truth. That's why they recycle employees every week I don't know what's their criteria, but whoever they don't like they just make them go through hell so you quit. They either but give you enough hours or they make the job do hard you'll leave on your own. Again, I don't know what's their criteria but they do discriminate. It has nothing to do with work ethics. They just work hard when they want to break someone. They all know how to play the role.
I am UPS driver in atlanta and I dont have time to make a video about my job... I just want to done and go home... I do alway around 150 stop with 340 pkg and pick up as well....but the pay is really good and I am so happy to be a driver for UPS....
I think the reason you don't see many ups drivers vlogging, is that management is very strict with the methods that we have to follow. If you're frequently spending too much time at each stop to vlog or record videos for youtube than it can quickly become an issue with the assbackwards management at UPS. Were not even allowed to touch our scanners after the truck is on or start the truck before putting on our seatbelt, so imagine if we got caught recording a traffic accident like you showed in your video. most likely fired for distracted driving
UPS is the highest paid courier service. Their health insurance alone is good enough to get the job. They can cover your whole family and after four years you make 38-41 an hour dude.
OKAY so I just tried to apply to UPS and I got the this message, "Thank you for your interest in opportunities with UPS, however our records indicate that as a former employee of UPS you are not currently eligible for rehire." See community post for the screenshot😭
Just left fed ex ground and now at UPS. The telematics are serious lol. Its their way or the highway-BUT the pay is worth it. I have 3 friends that work at UPS and the money i saw they were making weekly with the amazing benefits they had.
@@asapBreeZy I make 26 ,three years in and having 200+ stops daily with New York drivers ain’t worth it….you either lying or a feeder driver cause no one’s gonna start off at 33 lol plus your from florida y’all don’t got the best rep for “take my word for it” 😂 all jokes bro relax before you turn into a internet thug
I worked at ups for 4 years they wouldn’t give me off for my aunts wake so I didn’t show up. The next day they told me if I didn’t want to work there I should just leave. I literally told my boss “Thanks for the great idea” and walked out lol 😂 I tried getting back in and I have my cdl and they still won’t take me back. So long story short I’m blacklisted
This just goes to show how f*cked the system really is. It's only one day calm down jefe. People who take their jobs too serious are the worst. You're better off without them my boy.
I currently work at UPS and I can’t imagine management not giving someone a day off to attend something like that. I mean, just recently we gave a guy a whole week off cause his father passed away. But maybe I’m just lucky my management is actually somewhat capable of human feelings lol
This is definitely cap. The management must’ve hated you or something because at the 2 hubs I’ve been at you’re allowed 3 days off in case a family member passed away but you’re also allowed scheduled days off and worst comes to it you have 2 no show no calls
@@aquilesnlmb2874 I agree! I hate ppl who are just about work work work no breaks or anything.. hate working with them cus they try to keep you at their pace but I’m like nah I like my breaks.. not to mention they’re the biggest snitches too
UPS is the top dog of delivery van jobs! It unionized too! You can make over $100K in time with payed benefits like schoolings and health insurance! It is hard to get a delivery position!
Hey Chris. Love the content. Egress refers to having a clear walk pathway in case you need to leave a certain area and are not blocked by packages I think you mean “Irregs” short for irregular packages. I worked the “Irreg” / bulk sort for 6 years. Been driving for 2 years now. Love it
I worked for UPS part time back in 70s when I was gong to college. We worked 5:30 to 9:30 PM loading trailer. Thee work was so hard that we had guys quit at 7:30 break and never came back.
The reason you don't see any UPS vlogs is because telematics and observations make it very difficult. Its considered distracted driving or lowering your stops per hour which the management could have a field day with 😂 I always say UPS is a terrible job but a great career, not an easy one either. Stay safe ✊
id say the reason why you dont see vlogs about UPS is because they just do their fucking job and deliver packages without filming everything they do, break laws/company policies and then post them online.
If you're taking videos on company time while doing your job, UPS considers it "Theft of time", and that is one of the cardinal sins at UPS, which is automatic termination with no recourse.@@LaosHouse
It’s not always true about the “black list” this is my story! I was driving semis at a trucking company I had a local day route basically before I’d go into work I’d work at UPS on preload from like 3am till like 10am because I wanted to be a Feeder Driver, then after that I’d go to my semi truck driving job. Long story short it was too much for me and I quit UPS before my 30 days. Yes I did get put on the no rehire list BUT I told my story to HR and some people I knew there and I got off the no-rehire list. Fast forward to right now and I’ve been back at UPS for 4 months, I signed the feeder list and hoping they call me. If you want the pay and the benefits bad enough there’s always a way to get back in if you’re a good worker.
@@EvilSushiRoll that’s only for certain hubs usually hubs that are small have that long of a wait… at my center we have over 280 drivers so there’s constantly people retiring. When I signed the list I was number 61 and people keep failing or getting DQ’d so now since I’ve last checked I’m number 32. Just depends how large your hub is
@@Phystetic I got hired off the street as a 22.4 package car driver and I signed the feeder list and in my center no one wants to drive lol so I got very lucky and got called right away. Been a package car driver for a year and now a feeder driver for 5 months. Feeder is the way to go. Good luck!!
I started a year ago and have worked very hard and put in a lot of hours where I was offered a full time position where I load trucks for four hours and then delivery packages for four hours. It’s a very tough job but once you get use to it and have a mindset of just pushing through it regardless of how busy or filled the trucks may be. It becomes a career with amazing benefits, pension, 401k, and pay. You just have to be willing to put in the hard work !
I retired Feb. 2006 on a Friday ,the following Monday the newest version DIAD was implemented. The newest version would have totally ruined my personal UPS methods that allowed me to service my customers on the timely service they were accustomed to. Geez I started using paper 50 liners in the 70s ,wet paper ink pens in pouring rain on loading docks @ 100+ piece bulk stop and can’t even make out the my own handwritten feeble attempt to write down the shippers ID number let alone it’s pkg ID. Oh well Dream On as Steven Tyler would say.
Irregs? O O F That’s one of the tougher jobs to start off with. The only reason they “blacklisted” you was due to you quitting unexpectedly. Even then, blacklisting is nothing more than saying “we don’t recommend him for rehire.” However, outside of this, you could apply again and they could rehire you. As for me, I started out in Preload on an outbound belt for an Amazon bulk delivery. The first day was rough, but after that, it wasn’t all that bad. Been there for a few years now and have moved up to a supervisor role. The main thing I’ve taken from the early experience is the importance of engaging with new hires and checking on them frequently, which is why I usually stick around them and monitor their progress over time. I teach them as much as I can early on in order for them to be successful.
UPS is not a job it's a career we make over $100,000 a year and we don't pay for a benefits at all and its one of the best in the nation. My daughter was in the Nick you At the hospital and they billed us for over a $100000 And we paid $800 That was it. It's not easy yawn UPS L it takes about 4 months to qualify now In 4 years to make the big bucks so if you can survive and push through you You will be set for life plus we get a pension Of $75000 a year after we retire. Amazon and fedex are just jobs UPS is like the MLB and the rest are just minor leagues. Not anybody can drive for UPS
Heard that… loaded for 5 years and wasn’t sure if I wanted to drive and now been driving for 4 years and making just under 100k and yes the insurance is the best 😎
I thought about joining ups years ago but became a machinist instead. yes, you make good money in all. but you work every single minute for it. 10 hour days, 5 to 6 days a week. never spend time for family and friends. top rate driver can earn around 110k to 120k a year. But I realized family is more important. I work 40 hours a week most of the time on average and I bring home 90k a year plus a pension. I would rather avarage 90k a year, working 5 days a week, 8 hour days, quarterly bonuses, and spending quality times with family on the weekends.
You should’ve stuck with UPS. Everyones first day is tough. But you stick with it, do your job to the best of your ability and it will pay off. The benefits at UPS are great and so is the pay. You can always move up to a full time position, whether it’s inside or being a driver. But if you want to TH-cam while doing your job, forget it. Your not there to get paid to make videos, you’re there to work, keeping the packages moving. I’ve been there over 15 years now, worked hard but safe and efficiently and it has paid dividends not just for me but my family as well. And you also end up with a pension when you retire. You’re young and have a lot to think about. But I’ll tell you this. It’s not just about the now, it’s about were you want to be in the future, not just for yourself, but for your family if you ever go down that road. It’s long hard work but WELL WORTH IT !
It depends on where he worked at UPS. I work the H at my warehouse and people do not last more than a month. When new people come in I tell them, forget the 30 days because if you cannot believe you will make 90 days then you should find another job. It is not easy packing trailers every night especially if your sort is the main destination of the sorts. E-regs is easy if you have someone to help you but I often see those guys put E-regs on the belt so they don't have to deal with them. So, usually my work is double.
@@Musicmaster908 I’ve been there. Started on the reload shift, unloading the package cars, loading the tractor trailers. Took 8 years to get full time. But you have to be willing to put in the hard work. And I’m sorry my friend, UPS is no place to be filming TH-cam videos, period. You’re there to work. You wanna be on film, become an extra in a movie !
@@jimlove3795 This is my second time working at UPS. I worked there 20 years ago as a delivery helper. Came back last year for the free exercise and beer money. I have never thought about filming because I usually run the shifter and load my trailer to ease the load on my teammates. The pension and health insurance are worth it but young guys don't see it. Plus, it gives those without a degree a place to grow if you are willing to work hard.
You're not the only one with that low volume in fedex. I get like 90 to 100 stops now, hope it goes up because getting low stops isn't reliable for my bills.
I’m a irreg splitter, so I feel you on the heavy packages and directing them to the correct PDs! I’ve been doing this new position for 6 months now. I will say it’s way better than loading or unloading but my arms haven’t stopped hurting since October hahaha! Also the blacklist or ban from working at ups from quitting before the 30 days is real. I was told during my orientation alongside 20 other people that we have 3 chances on the first day to opt out. They asked us while we were talking about the job, during our tour and then after demonstration of the job. If you said you didn’t want to work or at least not work rn with UPS they will give you a green status for rehire whenever you were ready but after that, you quit within 30 days, you’re blacklisted! Not sure if it ever gets removed. Loved the video btw!
I got banned from ETSY. They refuse to tell me why. 3 years later, still banned. Still no reason given. They are the only website that ive had any issue with. I have no bad history. lol
FEDEX Ground & UPS both get heavier boxes, because they're cheaper to ship. The main difference w/ UPS is those drivers have to chase around am service commitments vs. FEDEX ground drivers just run their routes one time w/ no service. huge difference & 100% easier. UPS makes much more per/hour though..... it this is the type of work you want to make a living doing 20+yrs. As far as Amazon DSP goes, I'd be concerned about long-term job security w/ them, although delivering 200 stops, small envelopes and light boxes & no pickups or time commits is easy money.
I’d reapply and see if they say anything. Most of the time HR is not very organized also explaining your young and weren’t thinking will help. Also if your willing to take the risk(as I did) I left my job mid November (applied late October) for a seasonal driver position (not PVD) and worked hard and showed I knew the area and could get the job done! And got lucky enough to be offered a permanent position I just started! They will def hire anyone during seasonal
I left a chicago ups warehouse when they made me work 7 hours straight with no break after I worked 8 hours at the factory job I just quit as well. Both work environments were equally awful but ups is definitely minimum wage slave labor
@@LaosHouse of course & jobs are easily replaceable these days. The factory I was at didn’t give me any time card so it was like I was working for free. They said it was stuck overseas for the next 3 months. I didn’t have a manager to report to either because they quit without notice 🤦🏻
Don’t do it man, I’m also a UPS driver and if you upload evidence that will basically show you distracted while driving you’re asking for HR to hate you once they come upon videos
Ups harasses warehouse workers out of jobs. They’ll make allowances with rules and then when it’s convenient apply the rules to cut your hours. It’s all about whether management likes you.
Aw man, would have been great to see you as ups driver but things happen for a reason. Maybe you can try seasonal driver in Christmas im sure they'll love u especially with experience.
Being a 22.4 at UPS at this time is tough, no routes to run I know for drivers in there 30-day packet, if they get DQ'd they have to wait a year to try again. idk how PT works. But I used to work in the HUB and it is very tough, loading trailers sucks!
Being banned is pretty well the same as leaving on bad grounds. You'll never get a job there again. I once quit a job after my first day but it was the worst place. It was a fruit shop. I was a teenager. The boss treated the employees poorly, threatened them with physical violence (that did it for me). I left at the end of the day and never came back. Another job I walked off without coming back (mid shift). The department I was in was populated by mostly females (only 2 males - I was one of them). The department manager was a butch lesbian and the assistant department manager who came in after a few weeks was one as well. (not good for males). I saw the assistant department manager giving a young guy a hard time (treating him unfairly and basically putting him down for no good reason). Soon after he left. Her focus then turned to me. Unfair and poor treatment again. I tolerated it as I was a mere employee. One day I got called into the general managers office (shortly after I had been harassed again). I knew what was going to happen. I went to the time sheet machine and logged off then went in to the managers office. As expected, the assistant department had told lies about me. I could have tried to argue the point but it just wasn't worth it and trying to go up against someone like that is just too much effort. The general manager challenged me taking the department assistants word as fact. I listened to the lecture then left never to come back again. At 6am (start of next shift) I got a phone call from it saying I was late for my shift. My answering machine picked it up so it left a message. Surely leaving mid shift, signing out would have been a clue. In reality, she probably just wanted to rub in that she won although the truth is .. I hated that job (even before she came into the picture)
Word of advice to any young person thinking about working at UPS, do it! Similar to Chris, I was picked to work on the black belt in Tempe Twilight. Black belt is known for handling all the heavy stuff. At the time I was only 17 years old and a senior in highschool. My immaturity led me to quit during peak season.... A few years later, I ran into a former coworker from UPS when I was in the barbershop. This particular person was a guy I helped train when he was new. I was shocked to find out that he was now a current manager at UPS. I remember being Happy for him, but also I had strong feelings of regret for quitting. I'm now a driver for FedEx ground. I see the UPS drivers all the time during my workday and I always wonder what if..
I work for UPS in management. I started out as a part-time HUB worker unloading trucks on the Twilight shift. Then 2 years in Revenue Recovery which is a much easier job. IREGS is defiantly one of the hardest jobs. My son works in IRREGS it's worth it though if you can make it through that first year or two, once you have a little seniority and can bid for one of the easier jobs. Twilight is by far the busiest sort, so basically you were in one of the hardest jobs on the hardest sort, meaning what you experienced was the worst it gets probably. As far as the non-rehire list is concerned I think it is 3 years.
I started ups may 5th Quit June 2nd or 3rd Reapplied and got rehired September been there since it's almost December Idk y they told u if u quit in 30 days your unhireble
The first day I worked for ups they put me in a truck to unload. I was sweating balls. I felt relieved when I was told to go to the office. Been working at ups since and love it. Don’t sweat as much because I got used to it and the benefits and great.(I also get more hours than people that have been there longer)
It’s cheaper labor to work you, which is why u may get “Extra Hours” that doesn’t mean you make more, somebody else could be making 38.00 doing the exact same thing you make 17.00.
I ran as a pvd ( personal vehicle driver) for ups last holiday season using my car my highest delivery day was about 170 stops with about 280 packages granted i can not fit that many in my car at once so had to make repeat trips made over $300 in a day
Ups is a very tough place to work, did it for 32 years however if you can tough it out the pay and benefits are the best you can get ask the Amazon or FedEx drivers what they make what kind of benefits they receive ,do they get a pension? The answer is no Remember you will have to be tough if you want to make it most people can't cut it and will quit eventually which is fine with Ups because they can always put a fresh body in your place and that person will make less than you so its a win for them. You get out of it what you put into it but it will take its toll on you and your family.
Being in construction at AT&T can be tough climbing poles lifting manhole covers. One of my co workers fell and broke both ankles. We are outside people and dislike working inside.

people need to understand, it’s not UPS that makes the job a good job.. it’s the union! Everything is negotiated through the union without them, UPS would pay its workers minimum wage and fire them for any reason.. all the benefits, (healthcare and pension) come from the union, not UPS.. fed ex and Amazon aren’t union jobs.. which is simply why working for ups is a much Better job.. it’s because of the union!
the way you described the UPS warehouse being like a multi-football field sized prison, sounds exactly like my first and only week at a HomeGoods warehouse. AVOID HOMEGOODS!
my first year as a package handler I didn't make it past peak season. actually a sex offender and the other supe(who got a dui 4 days later after letting me go) let me go and asked for my badge back. I reapplied for next peak season and both of them aren't there no more. The sex offender supe was back in prison awaiting trial. Now I am the starting splitter on the Red belt!
sounds like you have been inside a fedex ground facility. Have you worked at a major fedex hub? or perhaps a fedex express station. Not ground but express?
Which is better FedEx ground our Amazon delivery?Looking to start work with one soon and since I don't have a lot of experience delivering packages thought those two would be the easiest to get on.
Amazon is very light in the sense of the weight of packages. In the other hand you get a lot of stops and group stops and with fedex i think you get a lot of more bigger & heavier boxes but somewhat less houses/business. I've only done amazon though i average 180 stops and maybe half of those are grouped ( multiple houses in one stop )
You had a miss load my dude 😂 happens every here n then bro. But today Monday usually I have 300 packs and 160 stops n today was 103 stops and 180 packs!

My hub hires new drivers twice a year, April and October. Some hubs only do it once for peak season. I work in a pretty big hub so there’s a good chance of becoming a driver after 6month-1 year, but some smaller locations that need less drivers could take many many years to get in. They promote within and by seniority, but once you’re driving you’ll be at the top rate in 4 years looking at $100k+

Here are the main reasons why a person should stick it out at a UPS warehouse; you are single and you want to become a delivery or tractor trailer driver for the company. These positions are best-suited for single men due to how many hours will be worked. Both of those positions make $100K per year and more (the tractor trailer drivers make more), but in order to get those positions, you almost always have to do time as a warehouse worker first. It depends on the warehouse you’re in, but in some places, if you work in the warehouse for about a year, you can put your name on the transfer list and become a delivery driver within the next year to three years. I will have waited about a year and a half by the time my name is reached on the list. By that time, you will have received full healthcare insurance benefits as a UPS worker just for being a part-time employee grinding it out in the difficult conditions of the warehouse. If you stick with being a driver, you will make upwards of $100K and more, and will get a nice pension if you retire there. For single men who want to make bank and maintain a stable career but work hard, it’s a no-brainer.
Yep, I'm a 22yo and single. Sleeper team driver for UPS. I earn over 130k on my bid run. Honestly I have no complaints about the job. I mean how many 22yo guys earn 6figs lmao. I'll be a millionaire when I retire, assuming UPS makes it 30 years.
It is true. If you quit or get fired within your first 30 days there is a black list that you get put on and cannot get rehired. You can’t even apply for a position.
Not true, I got back in and I quit my first 30 days. I got back in because I told my story to HR about how I was also driving semi trucks for my second job and I was just too tired doing a FT job along with a “part time” job and didn’t want to risk my CDL by falling asleep at the wheel being too tired and they understood. So now I’ve been back at UPS for 4 months now working to try and get on with Feeders.
The day after my 1st day at UPS it felt like I had played in a football game the day before. Sore and couldn't move. Well 32 years later and only age 56 and retired from UPS it was worth it for me.

I worked at amazon and now work at ups.. and let me tell you people who work at amazon should never complain about working hard cause boy I tell you ups ain't no joke.. warehouse wise.. but ups does offer great pay and great benefits
100% it's a new world over there.
But like you say the pay and benefits are actually a good trade off for the work you put in. At Amazon you get scraps, at least at my DSP
See I’ve been saying this since i started amazon that amazon workers have it pretty easy. I also work at ups and amazon and theres no comparison.
I quit UPS years ago after being hired for package delivery driver and was “non rehireable”. Reapplied last year to UPS and was hired for feeder driver. If they want you they will make it work out.

Stay safe ✊
I definitely understand. capturing footage always makes me a tad slower 😅
id say the reason why you dont see vlogs about UPS is because they just do their fucking job and deliver packages without filming everything they do, break laws/company policies and then post them online.
I heard its taking 15-17 years after putting your name on the list or Feeder. Guy in my building got a call after 18 years lol
@@EvilSushiRoll that’s only for certain hubs usually hubs that are small have that long of a wait… at my center we have over 280 drivers so there’s constantly people retiring.
And don't get hurt while doing it!..
I got banned also now I’m with FedEx and I enjoy it a lot
Irregs? O O F
That’s one of the tougher jobs to start off with.

UPS is run by old people, they do not like their brand on social media. Its one thing they tell you when you are training to be a driver.
you guys are out till 8pm
At my hub most are back around 7 but yea
Sheesh you said this well
👍🏻👍🏻...very nice!

Those service commitments seem tough compared to Fedex
I’d reapply and see if they say anything. Most of the time HR is not very organized also explaining your young and weren’t thinking will help. Also if your willing to take the risk(as I did) I left my job mid November (applied late October) for a seasonal driver position (not PVD) and worked hard and showed I knew the area and could get the job done! And got lucky enough to be offered a permanent position I just started! They will def hire anyone during seasonal

I work at ups. Unloading trucks. After I'm done unloading, I'll help out in sort. Easy money.
I appreciate the info waymond!

I'm retired Military. Usps is the best for veterans. Wounded Warrior, TSP, benefits for Vets ie getting points for DV status.
Hey Lao question. Do they pay step van drivers more ??? And what is the most stops you've done in a day??
This is true, I started at UPS loading trailers making $8.50hr and now I'm a full-time driver making almost $40hr.

They can't banned you from that it's a lie he was trying to scare you but different states so different stuff he could have just put a negative rehire status on you tho
Tomorrow is my one year with ups. You worked for irregs or bulk handlers.
Love my job at UPS, not planing on ever leaving. Great career
You a driver?
@@yungwildandfreee8253 nope, I’m “part time” package handler in the hub. Getting full time hours
@@smack217 do you plan on being a driver any time soon? Also I’m trying to find the application for the driver spot in my area. I’m desperate as heck to get that job
@@yungwildandfreee8253 I used to want to but I found a good spot inside so I don’t think I’ll go for it anytime soon, been with the company 4.5 years now.
To get a driver spot you usually gotta start in the hub as a package handler, then they have driver sign ups depending on the location and needs.
@@smack217 you have any socials? Where I can ask you questions about UPS?
I just got fired from there for praying for people. They said it’s harassment because I was a PT Supervisor and I touched people sometimes when praying for ppl- only after asking permission
@laos House My dad is one of the head managers at UPS andhe can unban/unblacklist you from there system.
yes that's fine .. but for you to record an accident is not okay my friend. I understand that you are curious. but just dont.. here in Denmark, where I live, you get fines for that offence. and on that point I agree 100% with the authorities
Ya know im curious since you were banned from being an amazon employee would that also include dsp or flex since neither are technically amazon employees?
I had to call hr to get my negative rehire status removed . I had quit in less than 30 days as a package handler & that’s why I got put on the no rehire list I gave them a sob story about how I was going through a lot going on within my personal life
I can’t find the video about “the offer” in regards to Amazon ??
Where is that video about you beeing banned from Amazon? I can't find it.
Try doing that much if not more out in the country! ha! i had 102 sat! all rural smh but I know where im going, lol so anyone else idk. Threre are houses like 5 mins away form the main road, houses with no address no mail box, ans not coming up on the scanners gps or your phone because there is no signal!
I'm looking forward to starting in the warehouse bruh
I’ve been working at ups for years now the money is amazing. The job isn’t for everyone a lot of people quit because they can’t handle it. Amazon and fedex is a walk in the park.
You’re talking about irreg. (E-reg) Which means irregular sized packages lol THE worst job you can take inside
I thought it was the easiest back when I worked in bulk we had a fan and a tv
Thank you for verifying. I knew it had to be one of the worst!
@@LaosHouse yup by far plus the irreg guys always leave last because those are the packages that go on last in our hub.
Took 5 hours for 86 stops? 😳
Sooo my package has 2 day shipping and its been delayed for 8 days I know this isnt related to the video but i just say that you worked at fedex and I'm panicking
Ups will terminate any employee for photos or videos, ups reputation
i'm the UPS guy who called you, get back to work! NOWW!!!!!!
U ain’t seen a stuffed truck till u drive for ups for at least a year or two
that's actually standard practice in factories and retail.
Yes. What is the point of this video? It's so dumb i would assume it was clickbait if I didn't just realize it's the GUY who is actually just dumb (for thinking this is an interesting idea for a video).
Haha , 'All the fun and heavy stuff'
There called eregs all the over sized packages
Next video: How I Got Banned From Working At FedEx Ground. 😂
😂
Next video: i got banned from working how would i survive ? Stay tuned for the next portion of the video
124 stops is a peace of cake.
love those days
I'll be a millionaire when I retire, assuming UPS makes it 30 years.
hey bro can you make a video about your honda civic hatch, i love that car
Same. I gotchu
I work at UPS...what happened!????
Banned from Amazon and UPS 👍🏼
next is FedEx
Why fedex next 😂
Many ppl have got back in after giving sob stories to HR .
Definitely not like prison. In prison you'll just be chillin and prison politicking. They need to put these prisoners to hard labor
Have you ever thought about Express? 90 stops is a full day for us 😂
90 stops is the dream. who knows!
I worked at Express and 55 stops a day was normal. But my route was big and probably half the stops per hour that you do.
I just got out of this, i worked for a subcontractor
