Ac does like to repeat it story after all ac3 is basically the story of ac1 just fleshed out a bit more with the ai getting a name and a lot more ravens being used during the plot.

Maggie should've known better not to face the pilot, even after the pilot took two Ace in one go. I don't think the leader of the foundation is the dark Raven of the past, because he isn't mute.

Ac6 was my first armored core game and i must admit I'm very addicted to it. Thinking about going back to play for answer but curious which games an ac vet would recommend.
Glad to hear you enjoyed ac6 so much for me personally i would say coming from ac6 4 and for answer are good choices, AC3, nexus and do give verdict day a play too. I would recommend ac2 and the original ac after all these but if your after a hard as nails challenge Last Raven is your game.

Was it ever officially established by FS that AC IV and V share a canon though references to it in Verdict Day? If so then I would like a source to clear this up on Wikipedia and Wikia.

We don't really have an official statement that says the two games are linked instead its a lot of refences and in the armored core verdict day book J craft is said to a war machine from the past that polluted the planet (That can be read on his page in the wiki). But maybe we will one day.
Im genuinely convinced the dark raven mentioned by Maggy is actually your character from ACFA after the 3rd playthrough where you kill millions of people and become the single worst mass killer in human history. The trail of destruction and evil tone of how she describes him doesn't seem to reflect the Raven from AC5. He wasn't a monster and didn't destroy everything around him. AC5 took place roughly 100 years prior to VD, but Maggie refers to her "ancestors" as the ones who witnessed the dark Raven. If its only 100 years that would be barely 3 generations. She would have family members who parents or grandparents saw everything go down. So it doesn't make sense to be referring to something only 100 years ago as happening to her "ancestors" Your character from ACFA though is the literal most evil person who ever lived who brought down the corporations and ended Kojima production and ended production of N.E.X.T.S and happened multiple centuries ago. The absolute world-wide destruction brought by you in ACFA sets up the whole world of AC5/VD. The insane pollution (its left over Kojima particles) and destruction was all caused by you. The floating cities crash to earth killing millions instantly, destroying what bits of civilization was left on the surface. What support exists ends quickly, what food chains exist break and the whole admittingly weak world order of the time entirely collapsed and sent humanity into a horrific dark age. It makes sense it would take centuries to recover. For pollution to decrease and people to start to rebuild. They scavenge the leftovers from the Corps and build the best ACs they can, but they are subpar to N.E.X.T.S without Kojima powering them. You can tell the Foundation got their hands on a functioning N.E.X.T. or at least key parts of one to build the AC at the end of the game. With its Primal Armour and obvious FA movement. Might have been the last of the usable Kojima particles even. The *only* thing that confuses my theory is the name "Dark Raven". It was used only to refer to the protagonist from AC5 but everything else said about this "dark raven" in VD screams the protag from ACFA and calling that monster a "Dark Raven" would be extremely appropriate.
I have read, thought about it and your theory is well thought out and its a solid base. My issues however are as you say the name dark raven was only ever used to describe the player of ACV. Along with this in the cut scene where Maggy speaks images from the V game are shown this includes Fran's father, the meeting between the dark raven and Chief, the destruction of fathers tower and one of chiefs defeats. It also worth noting her last name is the same as Fran's who would later become this prophet leading people to clean lands as the founder of the evergreen family. This information is only found in the book armored core VD the after page 32. Fran would have talked about the Dark raven and what they did together which in truth really was a lot of death and destruction. But as i said countless time, i am not here to go no your wrong rahh because even i am still learning about new ac lore even now. I think you've done your research well and really put the piece together. I hope that you will take a look over the document though as i know a lot of this lore is not out there yet. Some of this is on the wiki and i do plan to release all of the translations I've had done later on. Thank you for the great read and keeping the old lore wheel in the brain working =). Stories get exaggerated naturally. I just found it jarring and more appropriate towards the protag of ACFA. In my opinion, using the protag from ACFA would have been a better choice as the "holy avenger". Corps being the forces of evil who he brought down but by burning the world in its entirety. Like Noah's Flood. Have the Flashbacks being Kojima explosions, Motherwill dying, the floating cities crashing to Earth and the final scene being the protag standing over the wreckage of the 5 ACs you fight at Arteria or the anti-satellite batteries clearing Earth's orbit Appreciate the sources. Happily comb over them later.

That's fair. I think we all have ac's we like and look better. To me i like 5th gen rough designs and ac2 acs will always have a place in my heart being the first ac game i played.
I'm not sure if it's run through AI or something but the secondary reading is very..sparse on tone and even changes in speed making it rather distracting at times.

Well that's because a guest i ask to read on the show uses it for his video, so it just transferred over. One day i might redo it with my own voice. But i felt it only fair to make the video the guests i asked on the show deserved. Also Thank you the artist did a fab job and i have with the help of goggle translate. I speak more about it in the video as for manga i have only read the tower city blade one and that is about it. As you know i managed to read the MOA novel and i am trying to get through fake illusions too.

Sorry late to reply. Sounds fair to me and well all the 4th and 5th gen videos have been done on the consoles they released on only the early gens from ac to LR where emulated.

With ac being able to walk in streets and use buildings as cover. These are not you nexts which certainly lack that idea they are more go in and kill everything.

No your not. For the longest time there has been debates about the connections. However as we have learned more they do connect however what we have with Ngwix is as the armored core book the after put it. It is a refurbished version of the machine that boasted of its amazing combat power in the past wars, and was given by the foundation to J, who serves as the leader of the Reaper Unit.

@@camera_man115 Oh yes its found in Verdict day mission 5-8. If you go past the foes you can find what looks to be the remains of a cradle back there. However i have not seen or read its confirmed to be one.
I love watching the videos watched all of them after finishing AC6 though the only thing that bothers me is the inconsistency with the audio. I would much rather hear you talk the entire duration of the video that hear other people or AI feels like im watching a TikTok video when i heard that voice.
A fair note. The ai on this video is what one of the guest uses so to keep in theme we went with how they work thier channel and I'll keep in mind about guests in the future.
The different narrators really threw me off, and can someone please explain to me why an AI just randomly starts speaking in the middle of the video? I am so confused!
Sorry about that. At the time and i still an ac content creator named silver glint does not use thier real voice in videos. As such they use AI voice so that is why it switches. Hope this helps and clears up the confusion.

No your not. For the longest time there has been debates about the connections. However as we have learned more they do connect however what we have with Ngwix is as the armored core book the after put it.

@@camera_man115 Oh yes its found in Verdict day mission 5-8. If you go past the foes you can find what looks to be the remains of a cradle back there. However i have not seen or read its confirmed to be one.

I love watching the videos watched all of them after finishing AC6 though the only thing that bothers me is the inconsistency with the audio. I would much rather hear you talk the entire duration of the video that hear other people or AI feels like im watching a TikTok video when i heard that voice.
A fair note. The ai on this video is what one of the guest uses so to keep in theme we went with how they work thier channel and I'll keep in mind about guests in the future.

The different narrators really threw me off, and can someone please explain to me why an AI just randomly starts speaking in the middle of the video? I am so confused!
Sorry about that. At the time and i still an ac content creator named silver glint does not use thier real voice in videos. As such they use AI voice so that is why it switches. Hope this helps and clears up the confusion.

Nah we get some good endings in ac, Formula front, Project phantasma, AC2, Another age.
