Hisun 196cc Revival

In today's video I am working on an old 196cc Hisun engine I had kicking around. This revival is being done with all the parts that came off the 212cc Powerfist engine I built up a while ago. This Hisun came off the Rat Rod Minibike. It kind of worked when I first got it, but I never did get it running right. Since I had all the parts anyways, I might as well put them to some use.

Nice job.
The piston didn't look bad at all. The Hisun gets a bad rap and it shouldn't. They are a good quality clone engine from what I've seen and compared them to.

Do you know what size driveshaft keyway this engine uses? Bike I bought is missing it

I believe it is 3/16. It should say the size on the spec sheet on the Princess Auto website. The same sheet has useful info about the valve lash and other key specs. Good luck!
