Good content. Ive been on the Kayee cut off road. Very cool road to take. I ended up going to Ten Sleep and then went exploring. That cut off road is about... a 1 hr 15mins from from house. Love the BigHorn mtns. Safe travels.
Long time subscribers. Been hoping for a travel video. WY is a treat-we know the area. Superb cinematography. We love your humor. Have a safe trip home.
I've watched quite a few of your videos, but never commented. These camping vids are my favorite. Wife and I are of the same "vintage" (maybe a bit more ancient LOL) as you guys and have a stock "squeeky" 5th gen 4Runner. Since these trails are right next door to our home in Colorado, we might have to check them out this summer. I love it that ya'll tent camp - that's true camping! Thanks for sharin! PS - who won on the hotel/shower scuffle - oh, don't bother answering...I know! haha
I watched most of the your FJ video's yesterday... Bought one today and you two are good people! I hope to get out west also, amazing views and thanks for sharing
Nice video! The drone footage really shows the landscape well. Looks like you had the whole place to yourselves. Gotta get up that way...its on the list.
Peter and I enjoyed leap- frogging with you on the trail. Thanks for showing the mud we encountered. I was able to show. My wife some of the footage of the trail. Great job
I have been enjoying all your videos. Thank you for sharing! I just picked up my 4runner and have been formulating/scheming about the upgrades I will do. Hoping to get my wife on-board with my plan of taking some overland trips. Kids are now grown and out so this will be a great opportunity for her and I to get out again.
Thank you for sharing your trip! Please share your experience and impressions of the National Forest campgrounds with the limited staff of Recreation managers at the Ranger District which you visit. They need to know the publics opinion before it gets worse.
Our experience with National Forest campgrounds is that the fees are waaaay too expensive for what you get; a stinky outhouse and a nearby motorhome running a generator all night. We disperse camp 99% of the time.
The Hazelton Loop is 100 miles long. Taking you through beautiful red hills, open prairie, going past Hole In The Wall (Jesse James gang hideout), and up into the big horn mountains. If you’ve never taken this route I’d suggest you do. I’ve done it a couple times and will do it again in a heartbeat.
Great vid, really enjoyed it!!! I hear some squeaks coming from the 4Runner and it surprised me as you guys just did some suspension upgrades. Hope all is well. Any plans to hit Montana in this run?
If you’re into American History, should look up the Route of the American Indian in the area before the reservation. Or route custard took before little big horn battle.
It appears that you have the same TRD-style wheels and Nitto tires that I have on my 2016 4Runner. How low are you comfortable airing down your tires with those non-beadlock wheels?
I’m checking your locations on goggle map without looking up the trail. Highway 14 and you were southeast of Your gas stop. By the way it’s a stateline in the trucking world. I only know the area from my driving days.
This is off topic but what is the overall height of your 4runner as it sits now? I plan to equipment my 4runner similar to yours and want to know if it will fit in my garage. Thanks
These areas are used heavily for summer and fall cattle and sheep grazing. The ranchers will move hundreds of their herd by horseback many miles to government leased grazing lands.
Wyoming looks like such an amazing place!
It's probably our favorite state to explore.
Born and raised Wyoming I'll never leave
It looks like it was a great trip! Makes me want to get out there!
Thanks for sharing. The wife and I will have to try those trails out!
God bless!

Great video, we are headed out there July, we cannot wait.

It was great to meet you both! We had fun chatting with you every day.
Great video, we will be doing north to south in a couple of days. Weather is going to be a bit sketchy, but will be amazing. Thanks for posting!!
Have fun!
We're actually heading to Bighorn mtns pretty soon here as part of our 2 week overland trip
Love the channel. Really enjoy watching like minded people share their experiences
Thank you for watching!

Glad you enjoyed it
Thx for producing this!
you guys have great screen presence
Thank you so much!
Looks amazing! I'm sitting here on the east coast jealous haha
Great job with the video.
We done our 2nd Overlanding trip in WY this year. The state gets overlooked by many people.

Great music and content. Thank you for sharing. When with the runner get a shower?
Runner got a good scrubbing 🧽 inside and out when we got home 😂
It’s clean now. 😁
4 Runner looks awesome 👍😊 nice trails. How's old yeller FJ doing?
The FJ is doing fine!
Great vid, really enjoyed it!!! I hear some squeaks coming from the 4Runner and it surprised me as you guys just did some suspension upgrades. Hope all is well. Any plans to hit Montana in this run?
Yup, those are new squeaks coming from our new lower control arm bushings. Fortunately, they only do it for a short time after they get wet.
Love it! You guys rock this stuff. Did you find that hotel room after all? Or went home for the shower? 😀
We did eventually stop at a motel on the way home.
If you’re into American History, should look up the Route of the American Indian in the area before the reservation. Or route custard took before little big horn battle.
When was this trip? I must've just missed you guys. I brought my rig up to Burgess/Bear Lodge from the 7th to 11th
We were there mid-August.
Love this so much! I was going to ask what the minimum would be for a setup but it sounds like you answered that.
Glad you liked it!!
You guys tried southern utah yet? Sheep herding maybe at the cabin.
It appears that you have the same TRD-style wheels and Nitto tires that I have on my 2016 4Runner. How low are you comfortable airing down your tires with those non-beadlock wheels?
We go down to 18psi with no problems.

Very beautiful area..
What drone are you using?
Our drone is a Mavic Air. It takes amazing shots!
What load range are you running on your ridge grapplers? Thanks!
We always run the heavy E rating.
@@WanderlostOverland ok thank you. I’m on the fence between the ridge grapplers and the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss a/t’s for my 4Runner.
This is off topic but what is the overall height of your 4runner as it sits now? I plan to equipment my 4runner similar to yours and want to know if it will fit in my garage.

We're right around 86" at it's highest point.
@@WanderlostOverland is that loaded or unloaded?
How did you carry your propane?
We use a 5# tank mounted on a "homemade" bracket bolted to our rear bumper. Plus, a 1# cylinder as an emergency backup.
I love living here in Wyoming. And being only 40 mins from Devils Tower, living between the Black Hills and the Big Horns is the best place to be.
You folks from SD?
No, Illinois- but we like visiting
🏆🏆🏆👍🇺🇲🙏
Thank you for sharing
Our pleasure!

👍👍
Jealous ! Enjoy
4Runner is not a Jeep you don't have to check on loose bolts anymore.
If they were all Toyota installed bolts, you're absolutely correct.
Unfortunately, we've had our hands on most of them. LOL
Yeah you two been married awhile, wife didn’t call the husband out when he said And it sucked… Teamwork
Did ya get your shower.
Finally!
