We were there on the 18th. It was a beautiful time of year. This year, we are taking our fans through there on July 8th. You should join us for the ride. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
Your book was excellent, can't put it down, reading. I found myself recalling the frustration of that first job search. Your succumbing to MS and the terrifying blindness situation literally brought tears. When I finished the book I found myself wanting more. I'm glad to have met you and Elgin, your good people.
Glad you are finding Melissa's book enjoyable Greg! I know Melissa will be replying to you on this too. :-) We were very happy to meet you too as you are "good people" too! Thank you for the comment.
Thank you for sharing your impressions from my Alaska memoir, "The Call of the Last Frontier," Greg. One of the publishers I spoke with thought my book would appeal to women and encouraged me to add "woman" to the title, which I did in the subtitle of "A Woman's Twenty-Year Alaska Adventure." However, I find that half my readers are men and they often leave me comments, reviews and ratings. I appreciate all my readers. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, Greg!
I'm so glad you enjoy our shows. We put our best effort into making them a great experience of our viewers. Thanks for joining us for the ride and leaving us a comment.
Thank you for all those wonderful books and for breakfast the other day. It was fun meeting you. Elaine is definitely interested in your greenhouse. Thanks again!
@AuthorMelissaCook It was my pleasure. It is rare to meet good friendly people like yourselves. And even more rare to meet people who don't think every little side road is theirs. Thank you for your kindness to this old coot. I will get measurements on the green house. I do have machinery to help move it.
It is so beautiful, especially when the wild flowers are out. We will be taking fans out to see this road on July 8th. Stay tune for our announcement. Thanks for the kudos and comment.
Hello our Oregonian friends. Our next show is in the Big Horn Mountains. I'm starting the drafting of the storyline today. Woohoo! Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hi, Carol. This is Wyoming Jeeper Melissa Cook. Elgin and I are publishing the Wyoming Jeepers Trail Guide and would like to use your comment in our book for the featured comment on the Pryor Mountain chapter. Is that okay with you?
It has been a long winter with so few opportunities to Jeep lately. Darn. If we aren’t waist deep in snow, we are knee deep in mud! It’s a good thing we recorded so many shows last summer to get us through the winter. 😊 Thank you for your interest.
Haha - Elgin recorded that at Kirwin last summer when he was trying to show me how easy it is to record a commercial in one take. Notice how short it is. He found it isn't as easy as he thought but I liked the first part before he messed up. Haha
Haha - Anytime I see a bird out, I worry. We do have insurance on the drone now, after paying out of pocket for the last one. We've actually lost two drones filming this show. They aren't cheap and the insurance only pays if you find it. You see where we fly. Yikes! Thanks for watching!
Cloud died in 2016 at the age of 21. He still has many offspring and relatives on the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range. The horse at 14:47 is his last son born in 2015 and his name is Pride.
We have a long bucket list but we have an elderly dog and Dan is still working full-time. That will change down the road and then look out all the western states because here we come!
God bless America ❤
Absolutely!
Amen. 🙂 Thanks for watching!
Great video! I went there on june 22 to see the horses! It is an amazing place!

Heading into the Pryor Mountains to photograph the Mustangs is on my bucket list. Thanks for the video.
Have fun with the photography of the mustangs... You are welcome!
You should pencil in our fan trip on July 8, 2023. We would love to have you. Thanks for watching.

Thank you again many times over. Such beautiful country. Not a day goes by, even in winter, that I'm not thankful to live here.
You are welcome Greg. Glad you enjoyed the video. We agree, we feel so lucky to have the back yard we do.

That country is breathtaking. Nice drone work Elgin! We're looking forward to your next adventure. Cheers from Oregon.
Thanks from Oregon! Yes, the country is beautiful that is for sure. Glad you enjoyed the drone work. :-)

Aww good you're back, it's been a long winter.
It has been a long winter and the snow is coming again tomorrow! I can't wait for things to dry out so we can get back to the hills.

Awesome video guys Pretty country 😊
Thanks Jerry... We will be doing this exact trip for our first fan trip this summer... Maybe you can make it!
You are always so nice, Jerry. We appreciate it!😊
They were working on the steps for the Ice Cave when we were there last year. like that area, will have to go back.
Yes, if you didn't get to see the cave, it probably worth the time if your in the area. It was pretty neat!
You don’t want to miss the ice cave. We will be taking a fan trip to the Pryor Mountains on July 8th.
18:28 flashbacks to an Eagle attack!! lol
Ya... I should stay away from those types of formations! Also at 21:34 as it is the same music too if I remember right!

Just curious if you have seen Cloud the wildhorse?
We actually haven’t tracked the horses. Don’t know them by name so I have to say I don’t know.

Thank you.
WJ’s, have the Wyoming Jeepers ever traveled out of Wyoming on expeditions?
Other than Southern Montana, not at this time
