- Today we went out to the cold icy mountains of California to check out John's well thought out stretched 1-ton CJ7 on 41's with three link front and trailing arms powered by an all aluminum 5.3 LS. The List on this one is endless! 108.5" stretched wheel base, Spidertrax axles, Mega Hi-9's, ARB's, full cage, NV 4500 5 speed, Altas transfer case, Howe Hydro assist, King Coil-over shocks, air bumps, Bad ass Winch, full cage, etc. etc.!

that metal box on the dash sucks way too close to the steering wheel youve got 2 inches for hand space to the back of the wheel and would hate to be the passenger that got bumped forward. First thing to do is rip that garbage out. Decent build otherwise
With a seat belt, how do you get “bumped forward”? Since that rig is always taken to the trail on a flat bed truck, it’s not a problem. I spent all day (we did the Rubicon in about 7 hours in one shot mapping it for OnX) and I never noticed it opened. But I did appreciate the console fridge!
