Doug, can you please be consistent with your upload times? You keep on changing times and you dont even notify us!! Some of us really enjoy your videos and love being early and not missing any episode.
Everything you need, and nothing that you don't. 3-pedals, no gimmicks, no million different modes. Love it. I hope they sell a boatload of them. Well done Nissan.
Nobody needs 3 pedals, it's inferior to good paddles in every way with no benefits, but considering almost all manuals are dead now offering it is a good way to attract the hold-outs who don't want a vintage car for their vintage transmission
@@cenciende9401 You must me a ton of fun at parties… I could care less if an automatic is technically .5 seconds quicker to 60 - on the street the power feels the same and a manual is just more fun. Sports cars are supposed to be fun in real life, not on paper.
Exactly. As Doug was listing what this car lacked: no Eco, comfort mode, no navigation, no lane keep. I was just nodding my head thinking those are some great benefits.
This car is a stunning departure from the norm in the automotive world. It doesn’t look like a spaceship or some horrific modern art like so many other offerings and the power train seems competent and targeted to the people who will actually buy it. The best thing I’ve seen roll out of a Nissan dealership in recent memory.
Lol retro styling has been the trend recently. I love the look but I feel they chose the safe route, at least this leaves a lot of potential for aftermarket.
I also agree, titans and frontiers are pretty spot on. I wish they kept the pathfinder/xterra a little more "sport focused" rather than people hauler and bland. But, it seems they are moving in the right direction finally.
Absolutely love the fact that the manual version doesn’t have a “sport mode” anyone buying the car wants to have a sporty driving experience whenever they get in it just have it the way it is
I love the fact the carry over stuff is in there. No one wants to turn on heated seats through a screen. No one wants to change the fan speed through the screen. All infotainment stays in the screen. Anything that needs to activate or disable should be a hard button.
Yea but 13 year old tacky buttons? It’s cheap. Why wasn’t this car built 5 years ago? I mean the 350z in 2002, then 7 years later the 370z. Why a 13 year wait for a car built on the same chassis? What were they waiting for? Petrol to get cheaper? Lol

Listen, this isn't my favorite looking car of all time, but compared to almost everything else out there right now, it has so much more character, connection to it's predecessors, and overall thematic consistency. I saw one for the first time the other day, and I felt something that I very rarely feel about brand new cars: deep respect. It's the same feeling I get when I see a 300ZX, or a skyline GTR. This car feels much more grounded in reality than it's peers. It isn't trying to be anything other than exactly what it needs to be, and everything about it reflects that. Bravo to Nissan, they clearly found a way to channel that vintage Nissan passion. I hope to drive one someday.
Honestly I really love the look of the 370Z, it looks so unique to me while not being overly flashy. Glad they kept the design language but modernized it a bit.
Nissan did this car well. Especially having an actual e-brake and not an electric one? I'm excited to see people using these for drift builds. I want one.
@@DRsx4 And barely anyone can afford the gas requirements for sports cars this generation. So normies are forced to buy smart cars for gas savings or something bigger instead because “bigger is better”.
I love this. Just a simple sports car. No 1000 different modes for engine and gearbox. No touchscreens everywhere. Just a gearstick, RWD and manual great
I would 1,000% get the blue Z with a blue interior. I'm sick of a sea of black interior. This is exciting for Nissan, great job on their part for listening to people.
I agree, black and grey so soooo boring, you get in and all the life gets sucked out of you.I would take literally any color other than pure black/grey,it livens up the driving experience so much.Just a few coloured parts are enough too.
As an owner of a 1973 240 Z, the Battery Voltage meter on top of the dash is one of the most useful gauges in that old car, so I'm happy to see it return in the new Z. Hopefully I'll be able to pick one of these up in Silver to match my old 240. Great review, Doug, let me know if you want to do a review of my 240Z.
Love this new Z. No fake vents or any “try hard” all show no go features. The design is simple, modern, yet still iconically a Z with elements of old. It shares the platform with another car but that other car is still a nissan rather than some other manufacturer. And it comes with a manual right off the bat rather than waiting several years after launch to drop in the manual making the people who cashed out for the earlier models feel pranked. I certainly would not have thought nissan would be capable of making a nice sports car after the novelty of the r35 wore off.
@@BigfootUnibrowMan not really, by that time dealer markups will be high. In 7-10 years these cars would be cheap and teenagers are gonna buy them and rice it out like a typical 350 or 370Z owner would do
It's a shame how much parts bin is in this car. Nothing is unique to it, and the door panels were already reused from the 350z in the 370z. It's actually disgusting how they're charging more than $30k for this car

I'm sorry I'm a Z fan, had a 370z (before it was totaled a month ago) and this car is just an insult. 370z was 35-45k CAD MRSP and this is 70k+. Okay, I undersand we've had a lot of inflation over the last few years but they didn't even completely renew the car. Look at the interior, the center console, door interior, etc are all pulled right out of the 370z. They charge you practically double the price and can't even update what was already a old car (2009-2022). It's actually quite insulting. I've literally only seen one since it's come out. The sales are going to be even more dogshit than the 370z's were. It's also turbo charged so it's not even a Z anymore. I'd rather them go electric rather than forced induction.
A radar detector comes in real handy....in 1987. Aren't lasers pretty much ubiguitous now? You can use a Laser detector, except that, if your laser detector sounds off, it's already too late.
@@theonetruerobb4852 Depends where you are. I live in the Chicago area, and while laser measurement is reportedly used in Illinois, I've never had my detector (currently a high-end Escort) trigger on laser. It may well not be very good at it at all, true. But, even if it isn't, there's still plenty of Ka used around here (and even the occasional K). I have only ever had one laser ticket, and it was over a decade ago in Texas. I'd probably have a couple radar tickets a year, at least, if I weren't using a detector. There's still plenty of value in being able to detect radar, especially Ka.
Florida highway patrol uses Ka almost exclusively. So do many local departments. I drove to Atlanta last weekend and there was a mix of Ka and I did get lasered 3 times on the trip. So it really depends on where you are. I drive I-75 in Florida mostly and my top line Uniden saves my butt all the time picking up Ka usually a mile or more away. But like I said, Georgia is a different ball game. Tons of Laser and just way more patrols than I EVER see in central Florida.

Yet some moron think that all cars in 2023 should've LSD and over packed with technology. Some people in 2020's decade have dumb standards, I bet that some people wish that all 1980's cars had backup cameras.
Considering how many supply chain issues we've had globally, i'm actually glad there's stuff carried over from the prior car. If you already have things like switch gear onhand and tooling ready to use, that saves a TON of time and logistics overhead compared to a clean sheet design
This really seems like a homerun product. I do not care that there is some carry over interior or a shared chasis. The chasis is still good, the interior is nice, and I don’t even notice different drive mods. It is a relatively simple sports car that fits between Corvette and Miata
To be fair Nissan uses the same interior in a lot of its cars. Between a Miata and vett is stretching it. This is right in mustang price range and that gives you a lot of performance for your dollar too

Disagree. 75% the parts are carry overs from the previous mode or from other models. Interior looks super cheap, a frickin backup cam from 2008 shows where they’re at with cost cutting. On all the stuff that matters they stuck to the script & improved across the board. People who will want this car will appreciate the simplicity- that’s kinda the whole point.
And honestly, 400 HP is all most people driving this on the street will ever need. Great for casual driving but also having a bit of fun here and there. 600-700 HP is just overkill for majority of drivers. This is the type of car you can enjoy all the time especially with the manual transmission.

A note on the driver convenience features - not sure about others, but I am personally fine with no lanekeep, 360 camera, etc. I know how to do everything these features will do for me. By not including them, Nissan not only reduces cost, but also makes future serviceability easier due to a less complex design.

1. Rearlights are nice. But they messed up the front lights. Should be more circular. This way from the front it looks like an updated Miata. 2. The added rear spoiler disturbs the clean back. 3. The side rear slope is too flat and the "Katana" is a gimmick, that looks worse than body color. 4. The screens are beautifully integrated but gauges should at least partially be analog. 5. Piano glossy black plastic should be in the past, especially the steering wheel is very ugly. 6. After all these years of the old 350/370z coming out with just another ICE is super lame. This car would have made more sense as an EV and Nissan should have been able to see the change coming. 7. Summing up, this car is dated before it's come out and they cut corners at the very wrong places. And we havent even talked price yet.
I cant wait to see modified versions of this, I'm sure the widebody versions are going to look insane. And the power gains you'll get for $3k-$5k would cost $12k-$15k to get out of a 370z.

I LOVE the 3-dial climate controls. Far too many newer vehicles have either buttons the change the climate control, or have it tied into the infotainment screen. Both of which are needlessly complicated and far more likely to cause issues with taking your eyes off the road to find the correct button to change the dang temperature. 3-dial climate control is the best, and simplest way to implement climate control.
The grey sport version pictured looks waaaaay better. The color matched roof makes the chrome look less silly and the body color matched wheels look amazing.
thought so too, something about a boring grey works so well on a sports car. and the spoiler 'spoils' the design i think, so much cleaner without it, might as well be a concept car
Black wheels with a blue body virtually never looks good. Same reason you don't try to match black and darker blue in clothing -- it's just never a good look. Still, the general design of the car is gorgeous.
The front looks a bit iffy for me, but the rear is absolutely gorgeous. Throws me right into they old 240SX, RX-7 sort of era. But I'm guessing someone's gonna make aftermarket bumpers so that could be sorted out. Other than that the car is amazing, I would buy it over the supra myself. As per usual: Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai continue to keep the car world fun and exciting. Long may they continue to do so; if I had the money to buy a car, I honestly wouldn't know which to choose from them! The Z is a VERY strong contender though. Please continue to do so and don't fall down the SUV route; by creating legendary cars, you're keeping your incredible reputation alive!
Toyota was real bland there for a few years, and Nissan just insists on making CVT mandatory in even their otherwise cooler/better looking cars, especially daily drivers, and they aren't even great ones (Hondas seem to be better). I love both companies vehicles for a variety of things, though also hate JDM not designing their own stuff, which happened with the Engine of the BM..err GR Supra and also the new NSX, completely American. Sucks cuz the original was one of my favorite cars, I can even like the hybrid, but it looks like a malgamation of American and European modern super cars, pointy and bland, where the OG NSX was legendary, influenced tho cars but stayed Japanese designed. Nissan is at least designing their own vehicles visually, and it shows.
Hey. The voltmeter is definitely useful. Wish I had one of those before I left on a roadtrip and had to replace my battery in a parking lot. Not a huge deal but definitely more of a pain than doing it in my garage.
How would the volt meter tell you the battery is faulty in a useful way? It would be charging at 13.0 to 14.4v when the engine is running, even with a weak battery. Unless the charging system itself is faulty or you spend time in the car without the engine running and watching the volt meter (even then, it can still start and run when low on voltage anyway!)... otherwise it's a totally useless gauge on a modern car.
Finally, some reviewers are getting to drive the Z. I appreciate Doug's critiques and raves. The critiques seem valid, and that makes his raves even more worth listening to. If he likes it in spite of a crappy sound, that makes me all the more interested in trying one out. Now - when will they actually start getting some to dealerships in sufficient quantity for potential buyers to test drive them???
You are not going to see many of these on dealerships lots because it's a niche model and dealerships hate wasting space on their lots for stuff like this. So will you find one, yes especially in a major city, but if you live anywhere else then it will be much tougher.
I love how at 17:56 Doug talks about it not having a home screen, and there's a button on screen that literally says, 'Customize home menu', and when he hits the button, you kinda see it!
I love that it has tactile buttons and switches instead of touchscreens for most of the interior controls. Aiming your air vents via touch screen is one of stupidest things I've seen in a long time.
I had the 2006 350z for 6 years. The heavy clutch gave me a Morton’s Neuroma in my left foot. I still miss the car but not that bloody clutch. Sadly the new Z isn’t coming to the UK. Thanks for another fancy review Doug. The Tarantino of the car industry!
damn, owning a Z car is really cool. im still here saving up money to buy my dream 350z HR, which is really hard to come by and really expensive in my country sadly. but i shall never let my dreams goes into nothing.
A voltage gauge is far more important than you may realize. It's typically one I add, especially in a limited use vehicle as you can see at a glance if the battery is topped off, and if the charging system is working properly. Much more telling than a warning light. Having it up and to the middle out of your immediate line of sight is also very handy. Notice they have a boost gauge in the performance screen, as well as water/oil temperature, diff temp, and oil pressure. All much more important "need to know right now" gauges, while the secondary boost gauge, turbine speed, and voltage are secondary but useful. I'd also love for manufacturers to stop "including" navigation. As long as you have car play/android auto, you have navigation. It's also always up to date, and generally better.
A volt meter is the epitome of a useless gauge on a modern car imo. The only useful gauges are fuel and speed. Nothing else is really needed for road driving when the engine is completely computer controlled, including the charging system. A battery can read 12 volts and yet not hold sufficient charge to crank an engine. Or, it can read 11.5 volts and start the engine just fine. Likewise, a weak battery is hidden by the charging system keeping the battery at 13 to 14.4v. In both cases, the volt meter told you nothing of value. The car started up or it didn't! Much more useful on a modern car would be 2 warning lights. 1) Charge system failure and 2) Battery management system detects weak battery. That is all you need to know about the battery/charge system and would make replacement of the battery possible before it leaves you stranded.
I think one thing that would’ve been nice to point out is comfort for taller drivers between the Z and the Supra. I can tell you fit pretty comfortably in the Z but if I remember correctly, you said anyone over 6 feet will feel a bit cramped in the Supra
The Z has a history of being designed for American consumers since its inception, and because of this its always been designed with tall people in mind, at least more so than similar Japanese cars like the supra
Fuel door is a perfect example of trying to fix something that wasnt broken. In some countries, the fog lights must have a rear too. Maybe those blank red tail lights are reserved for that. I love it ! Thank you.
I was introduced to this car in Rocket League about a month ago. Absolutely love the design! And a manual transmission! Hell Yeah! Nissan has lost my attention for about the last decade but they have it back with this one!
Maybe it’s because I’m 24, but with the exception of the nav map not being able to come up, I don’t think a single downside Doug brought up matters. It’s a sports car.
Between the Z, Pathfinder, and new Frontier, Nissan has been killing it. Let's hope it continues and they correct the error of their ways (mainly the CVT).
I actually commend Nissan for coming up with a reborn old-school design. Many characteristics and features remind me of why I still choose to drive a 25 year old Skyline GTR today.
I had one of the original 240Zs and it was a balst. This is the first one that I've really liked since the original. It really looks more like the original than any other version of the Z.
Nissan kicked it out of the park. Love the older design cues thrown into this vehicle. A lot of thought went into this and it’s obvious. Well done Nissan!
Soooo happy to see so many comments saying they love this thing for all the same reasons I do! I've seen wayyy to many Facebook comments hating on the looks of this thing and for the life of me I don't understand. It has sooo many throwback design elements from every single Z car before it and they work so well together it's insane. It's not a spaceship wannabe like so many manufacturers are doing nowadays. It's seriously perfect in my eyes. Not to mention all the functionality of it like the manual drive train and non electric handbrake. This thing is gonna sell sell sell. Can't wait to own one when I can actually afford it 😅 imma poor boi 😂
I loved this car the moment they showed us pictures of it, I wouldn't need the car to have the best techs inside of it and it's not a drawback at all to not have the latest techs, this car is all about experience not about how many high-end electronics installed on it. I want to easy to repair, not annoying to repair. God, this car is so beautifully designed!
[8:53] Whoa, that silver one somehow looks the best out of any I've seen so far. Ditching that black roof accent thing and using a brighter, more reflective color shows off the body lines and creases more. It looks great in silver!
A voltmeter! I wish my car had one. Would really take the guesswork out of starting the car after a while, knowing if the battery was good or not. On this car, an oil pressure meter probably would have been a better pick, admittedly. Maybe they didn't want to alarm modern customers by how it moves during normal use lol.
I have an 04 Z, and it has an oil pressure gauge along with the voltmeter. Both saved my ass recently when they displayed that problem was beginning to creep up before a trip out of town.
I really liked my 04 Z’s volt meter and oil pressure gauges, was a reliable way to know when it would start after sitting, and when it was safe to start driving hard

Seems like turbo seals and wastegate issues are common in modern turbocharged cars. Ford, BMW, Nissan and others have similar issues. I've heard the replacement in the Infiniti is an engine out job, which is unfortunate. A lot of these cars are going to be mechanically totaled if the problem still exists as the cars age.
@@tokuzumi1 I could have gotten it fixed at under warranty - they would've replaced both turbos but I just didn't feel like dealing with it at the time.
I own a twin turbo Z32 and it makes me so happy to see this review and the throwback montage with the design inspirations. On the topic of parts carried over from the older platform, people shouldn't feel too ripped off because its actually been this way for a long time. Things in the Z32 like the door handle and mirror switch, to name a few, actually come off a bunch of other Nissan's such as the S13 - it's definitely done to save costs but as a whole it really doesn't take away from this car.
Yeah I mean when I hear stuff like that I really wonder how many people are paying that much attention to their wiper stalks and door switches that they 1) Even notice and 2) Find it an actual problem. Also jealous of your Z32, that's my dream car baby.
Honestly I think the third gauge being battery voltage was really smart, makes it easier to tell if your battery is going bad so any attentive drivers can have sort of a fore-warning for a dead battery instead of finding out at the most inconvenient of times like going to work or driving on the interstate.
They absolutely nailed it with the styling and design! It's modern looking with retro cues of the legendary initial 240/260/280 generation, (which itself was a styling nod to the Jaguar E-Type), without looking tacky or trendy. If dealers don't gouge people and Nissan can meet demand, this thing should be an unmitigated success!
I don't think that battery volt meter is a "cop out". I love having an actual volt meter in my car to monitor if voltage drops. It has saved me few times in my cars in the past. If you catch the voltage dropping early enough you can get your car somewhere safe or to your mechanic before you get stranded.
As for the chrome/silver trim piece above the doors, Nissan designed that to resemble the shape of a Japanese Katana. This explains why the piece doesn't extend to the hatch.
@@FrenchyTube3 The higher trim is definitely too expensive. 40k for the base is pretty reasonable though. A base c8 is solidly 20k better than the base z
@@thomasfisher1829 Even for 40k, if you look at the original intended msrp of the C8 $59k, compared to the 50k for this Z I believe the c8 offers WAY over 20k in value. The interior alone is worth the price difference, they didnt carry over any old hard plastic pieces from a 10+ year old previous gen, the engine is in the rear, the performance in a straight line, turns, on track is massively better in every way. I think nissan made a good product but they are smoking crack charging 40k let alone 50k.
That silver Z sport looks infinitely better in my opinion. The way the rear of the car slopes back without the spoiler is just beautiful, and the monochrome silver hides the (what I personally find) weird looking chrome accent line.
Yes! I was going to post the same thing! Thought I was going crazy for moment but it was shocking to me how much better the silver sport version looked to me! I love modifying my Nissan Maxima so the sport would be the choice for me and I can add the rest of the stuff myself.
Completely agree, it also appears to not have the 2 tone colorway with the black roof. I also kinda like the design of the sport wheels a little better as well, just wish those were 19s too.
This is everything I want in a car: manual transmission, big engine, great handling, and no weird styling issues. This is a car for people who love cars and, more importantly, love driving cars.
Doug, you preached value and then gave it the same score as the Supra in that category. I'm gonna give it a 63 total and let it beat out the supra by a point due to that. I think most outside of the Supra fanboys will agree...
Its also IMO better looking. The supra is really difficult on the eyes. At least the 400 blends new and old, in a nice way. The new supra is hideous from most angles and doesnt pay much homage to the OGs
The derrière of this car is so appealing, pair that with the functional no nonsense interior and it still feels like a sports car you could have been driving in the 1980s. Unique curvature and hearkening back to the earlier designs...not naturally aspirated but overall looks like an amazing sports car to zip around in! That silver-brushed steel Z shown I almost found more appealing than the one getting the review, hope to see one of these on the road!
Japan bringing out the best driver cars really these days. Toyota/ Subaru GT86/BRZ, Toyota GR86, Nissan Z. Manual cars are such a great experience and only Japan seems to understand what a great car can be made in the modern world. I didn't think I'd see manuals so strong again and thought Porsche only deserved praise for their excellent manual 911 of recent
A blue interior is available. Because Nissan know their customers. Worissome when you combine it with the 12v socket placement for radar detection, the manual handbrake and the ESP-button, all because 'Nissan know their customers' 😂
300zx tail lights were my favorite. Hell that entire car is still one of my favorites, so I like the inspiration this car has taken from it and other z cars. The Nissan z cars are what got me into cars in the first place. My grandma used to have a 300zx a 240sx before that and a 250z before that lol
I saw the Z at the NYC Auto Show. It had the wild blue interior. I was impressed with the styling. Thought it looked better in person than in the lead up pictures. One thing I think would be cools is if they made a heritage model with the Paul Newman Racing livery like he had on his 300 ZX race car. Should be interesting to see how it sells.
I love this car. I don't love the vast price difference between the Sport and Performance, nor the fact that the Sport doesn't have a limited-slip differential. Still, kudos to Nissan, and kudos to those who love shifting manuals for having this wonderful option.
I wouldve been much happier paying even something like 2k over the base model price just to have the LSD come standard. Dont need the bigger touch screen or fancy heated seats and I'd be swapping wheels anyways
Note the Z Performance also comes with a limited-slip differential -- another nice benefit over the Sport!

I saw one for the first time the other day, and I felt something that I very rarely feel about brand new cars: deep respect. It's the same feeling I get when I see a 300ZX, or a skyline GTR. Nissan: adds a spot for radar detectors
Doug: "Clearly they know their customers"
A radar detector comes in real handy....in 1987. Aren't lasers pretty much ubiguitous now? You can use a Laser detector, except that, if your laser detector sounds off, it's already too late.
@@theonetruerobb4852 laser jammers my dude, legal in some places and damn effective

Both of which are needlessly complicated and far more likely to cause issues with taking your eyes off the road to find the correct button to change the dang temperature. 3-dial climate control is the best, and simplest way to implement climate control.
Every detent on the temp control is a single degree. Perfect.

Too many cars ignore instinctive ergonomics for touchscreen tech fashionability.
3 dials is the perfect HVAC design.
I guess they saying turn it on while parked or stopped.

Saw one in person for the first time the other day. That rear end is one of the best I’ve ever seen on any car.
And it looks sick without a spoiler aswell

Black wheels with a blue body virtually never looks good. Same reason you don't try to match black and darker blue in clothing -- it's just never a good look. Still, the general design of the car is gorgeous.
@@DougDeMuro I agree, the shape is great and with the right color combo it's very beautiful.
Although I WOULD, I can never afford it.

As per usual: Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai continue to keep the car world fun and exciting. Long may they continue to do so; if I had the money to buy a car, I honestly wouldn't know which to choose from them! The Z is a VERY strong contender though.
I'd like to thank those manufacturers particularly for listening to car enthusiasts since their beginning and bringing us what we want in a car! Please continue to do so and don't fall down the SUV route; by creating legendary cars, you're keeping your incredible reputation alive!
Hyundai??
If you're referring to the n vision 74, its a concept car.

It’s also a throw back to the original Z cars
How would the volt meter tell you the battery is faulty in a useful way? It would be charging at 13.0 to 14.4v when the engine is running, even with a weak battery. Unless the charging system itself is faulty or you spend time in the car without the engine running and watching the volt meter (even then, it can still start and run when low on voltage anyway!)... otherwise it's a totally useless gauge on a modern car.
@@ArchimedeanEye you'd know when the car isn't running+when cranking
@@aranhaydar9195 That doesn't tell you anything. A car can still start on 11 volts or it may not start on 12 if it's weak.
@@aranhaydar9195 And if the battery is dead flat, good luck getting into it without a key (assuming it's locked)
Test drive ain’t gonna happen around me… They will be sold before they ever hit the dealership with $20k markups.
@Honda K24 fJBlgB get politics outta here bro you’re in the wrong place to talk about that
You are not going to see many of these on dealerships lots because it's a niche model and dealerships hate wasting space on their lots for stuff like this. So will you find one, yes especially in a major city, but if you live anywhere else then it will be much tougher.

Easily the best looking Z car since the 300ZX Twin Turbo. I'd love to have one of these.
I love that it has tactile buttons and switches instead of touchscreens for most of the interior controls. Aiming your air vents via touch screen is one of stupidest things I've seen in a long time.

It's also always up to date, and generally better.
idk I would prefer A/F ratio
@@Joel-iz6zr I agree. Far more useful than turbine speed.
@@Joel-iz6zr I’m very sure there’s gonna be mod to change that
A volt meter is the epitome of a useless gauge on a modern car imo.
@@Joel-iz6zr True! On a turbo car, that is useful for early warning side of something failing and is useful for tuners.
I think one thing that would’ve been nice to point out is comfort for taller drivers between the Z and the Supra. I can tell you fit pretty comfortably in the Z but if I remember correctly, you said anyone over 6 feet will feel a bit cramped in the Supra
I sat in both, and I definitely felt like I had a bit more room and seat support in the Z. Although, I'm 5'9", the Supra still felt tight.
The Z has a history of being designed for American consumers since its inception, and because of this its always been designed with tall people in mind, at least more so than similar Japanese cars like the supra

Did you know the Hicas arms are shared with the early 90s Sentra, love how Nissan part shares how I miss my old z32 .
I LOVE the fact that it doesn't have any driver assist features. Car makers need to preserve that. This is a cool car.
I would been better and funnier if that car didn't have any airbags and seatbelts at all.
