Back when I was a kid us boys had tricks (hacks nowadays) of utilizing waste things like containers from moms kitchen and other everyday things for fishing. We would get pretty creative designing holders and learn from each other. Good video.

Hand's down the best way to hold all you're rigs is a pool noodle there is no bolts, grinding thongs, gluing, sawing it take about 5 seconds to make and it floats , you can hold full rigs all made up with sinkers
. And it costs $1 .
