Glad I found this. I have a 2015 Trail Boss and the test hole I drilled hit the bed liner. I couldn’t figure out how to use that tool anyway. Bolting it on feels more secure. Nice and useful video! 👍🏽
Man best informational video for this bar on TH-cam!!
I appreciate that!
Great review! We like the way you set up your switches on the inside.
Thanks
Go Rhino how much is it does it fit on tam 2016 quad cab ??
Nice video, thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas!
Awesome! 👏👏 Now I know what I'm getting myself for my birthday. 👍
Juan J Solis thanks for watching. Glad it helped.
Thanks, great job.
Thank you for sharing this video.
Nice truck
I stumbled on your video(s) when trying to remove my center console on my 2018 ED 4x4. I want to add wireless charging at the smartphone holder, and also add/replace the 12vac socket with USB ports. I’m debating on removing 12vac since it does have function but was thinking where to add my USB ports. This video has enlightened me to some options I never considered. Thank you
You are welcome and thank you.
Looks great!
Will Dog Thanks
nice truck. may i know what is the length of base?
Sick ass build bro nice truck
Thanks man.
Can you make a video of how you piggy backed so many lights together? Just a quick video of what it looks like? Just wondering if you use a relay or a inline fuse?
All I did was piggy back all of them together using some extra wire I had laying around. Paired two together and used wire to go to the next to and so on.
Where did u put the relay switch at? Cant figure it out
Very nice, it does look great! I have one on my rebel also. Great channel.
Thanks Parker. Do you have the actuated lights also?
Hey Mark! I do not have the actuated lights. I have been experimenting with different multi light options. Like you, I wanted light that would clear the cab and not leave a big shadow. I think I went a little overkill with some 9inch amazon lights, but they sure are bright. I also just got an AEV snorkel or (raised intake) in the mail, so it's about time to get that installed.
Nice. Love to see a pic.
For sure man, I will try to send you one as soon as I get it installed. I am shooting to get it installed on the 13th of December.
Heyam great video! Truck looks nice!!... Just wondering if you put any sealer on the holes for the mourning?? For like rust
Thanks, no I did not.
Wish he showed a pic of the whole truck.
Same video footage on another Go Rhino Sport Bar 2.0 review. The guy never actually showed the truck panned out so you can see how it looks.
👍👍😎❗
I just bought this for my 2019 Ram Rebel... any tips on the install?
Installed! This was a pain in the ass!!!!! I have prewired it, but I have not installed lights yet. I have bought 3 different types on Amazon just to see what I like... Those Rigid Industries cubes are $434 a piece!!!!!! And no one else makes 6" cube/square lights!
Does the 2.0 fits all pick ups like f15p tundra ram 1500 silverado etc ? Im alittle confused about sizes
They make 2 sizes. One for full size and one for others like the tacoma
@@RamRebelMods thank you
How did you piggy back all the led pods together? Did you make your own harness? Used relays? Thanks you. Needing help with that. I copied your set up sir.
Sweet! I just wired them all together and then to a common switch.
Wired two at a time and ran a wire between them.
Damn son! Washers for DAYS!
Can I get a link to the mounting brackets you used for the cube lights?
You can get them on the gorhino.com website.
How long is the base. Does it sit 24" back on the bed rails?
No, 33"
How are the holes you drilled holding up? Any rust or corrosion? Wondering if you did anything particular during the install to prevent rust. I am hesitant to drill into my bed rail haha
Other than using stainless bolting I did not do any rust prevention. No rusting so far.
@@RamRebelMods did the stainless hardware come w the kit or did you have to buy separate?
@@davidpatrickmagic bought it separately
I like, you think it will fit my 21 TRX? I am thinking yes. Thoughts?
Yep
Where did the wires go when you drilled into your firewall
To my switches
What if you have bed cover on truck? Will still fit?
Some will. Has to be a rollup.
can you put the bar on if yoiu have tunnel cover on
It is compatible with certain types of covers
For lights did you run extra wire or used their wire.if so how did you hook it up. Thanks
Used the wire that came with actuator. Ran it down the sport bar tube, down the back of the bed of the truck, underneath the truck to the battery. The switch part of it was run through the firewall to my console.
@@RamRebelMods go rhino told me to run my own wire. I am very interested in how you actually did connect at lights and switch greatly appreciate
@@rsokil538 The one I purchased came with wiring harness. I purchased a three way switch and connected the harness to it.
so its a 1900dls and does not come with the actuator??
Actuator is sold separately.
i think 2 more lights would be good
You can never have too many lights.
Can you use a tonnoue cover with this?
Certain types, yes.
Would the roll bar impede the operation of a fifth wheel?
I wouldn't think so
Can you take a few steps back so we can see the overall look? I can literally see the molecules of your light bar.
Try this .... th-cam.com/video/GUoRmVGfvRU/w-d-xo.html
Thank you
will it fit on a 1500 2010
They will fit on all standard size pickup beds.
How did u run your actuator wiring
Ran the wires down the drivers side post of the sport bar. Then down between the cab and bed. Under the truck to the battery. Shoot me an email and I can send you pictures if you'd like.
@@RamRebelMods cfisher308@gmail.com... Issues I'm having is that it doesn't fit up the post with the connectors on
Still haven't figured it out
@@pacmandagreat07 ran it from top to bottom with the wiring that came with the actuator.
@@RamRebelMods I got it wired up just dangles instead of through the post.i don't want to clip then reattach .but the connections are too wide to go through the post holes
ALLLLLL THOSE LIGHTS BRO!?! Really?!? Are you hosting a ballgame in front of your house?
Would have been nice if you walked back further so we can see what it looks like on the truck better
I made several videos showing the whole truck if you are interested
Lol back up with the camera so we can see the vehicle in its entirety.
how is it holding up?
Great, zero issues.
@@RamRebelMods awesome, i just got one, and saw a couple of comments about rust.... was thinking they just live in in a cold environment like jersey or something. feels good to hear about your build.
@@RamRebelMods alos how much do those lights weigh? just got some baja designs and man are they beefy
@@danielruiz3853 not sure. They are not too heavy though
@@RamRebelMods dam, i think i may have bitten more than i can chew.. im new to the 4x4 game and didnt realize lights can be that heavy lol. thankyou for the info, and man your rebel is sick dude.
Poor design... it rattles too much on the road and the bar doesn’t support the weight of the lights. I’d suggest a different product. Tried to find a solution with customer support and was not satisfied. I’m sure there are better products out there.
