@Dig Ol' Bicks robby is the primary writer and manager. I think Cameron writes parts or songs but is primarily support, leads, solos and textural.
You said it man. I am obsessed with TC. Big brain power behind everything that goes into the greatest metal band on the planet.
Machine's enthusiasm is the best, though this guitarist must've been having nightmares and re-studying his gear for weeks afterwards. "So what's a buffer?... TELL ME WHAT A BUFFER IS." :D

The mesa cld be similar to the 5150 lll where as when the line out or headphone is plugged in it actually shuts the power tubes off. I confirmed this with the 5150lll designer howard.

It's the Empress Compressor (just known as that though it's technically MK1 since they released a MK2 in a different physical layout)
