It really depends on the people riding the train. Also, police should clear out homeless people every day. Routine maintenance every other day. Deep cleaning every Friday and you got yourself a safe/ clean train. I want to go to NYC one day. One day..... hopefully. 😊

Too bad 81-765 trains are still better, especially its modifications from 2018 and 2019, and all of them have open gangways, something only few R211 trains have. Way to go for the business centre of the world in a country that unironically calls itself first world.

You mean normal wear and tear as expected? They paid for it then it should withstand that. The seats are already shorter and less to discourage anyone who is displaced or tired from sleeping yet it will inconvenience others during rush hour hoping for a seat
