    I'm a retired ASE Master Tech and this is the best video I have seen regarding a winch installation. Especially the relocation of the cooler lines and plastic cutting technique. Thank you & keep up the good work.

    Easily my favorite bumper. I’m looking at installing this on my 2023 TRD off-road. My question is can you reach the winch clutch handle through the cutout in the bumper? That’s one of my biggest sellers on this bumper versus all others on the internet. I love that this is very minimal cuts and that it can fit a wider light bar versus all others.

    Legit this is the one that can be brought back to stock the easiest without having to buy a new bumper, that piece that was cut could be put back with some zip ties.

    since the front bumper is mainly made to take an impact how well does it work (without brace brackets) for pulling? I've seen other companies design extra brackets for more stability (attached to the frame and bumper/mount). I see that this one doesn't have any.

    I have a Tacoma TRD OFF Road and I like the looks of this but would like to know what the tow lugs are welded to. Are tow lugs welded to just the face of the bumper or are there cut outs in the face plate and lugs protrude thru to the mounting steel and welded to the mounting steel as well as bumper face? My concern is, using the tow lugs and bending the bumper face plate.
    Another thought, tow lugs are a knee or leg buster, why can't the tow lugs be moved down to the sloped plate so that the face of bumper is completely smooth and has no knee or leg busters???

I’m pricing out your bumper upgrade for my Taco and want to make sure I’m looking at the correct products and sizes. Thanks!

    Wish you showed some up close side angle shots of how close/good your bumper sits flush with the truck, some companies just didn't get it right with the fit with or without cutting (cough cough V....ic...tory), from what I can see it looks like there isn't much of a gap if any with your product and at least your logo is nice and subtle. Your site doesn't show any side angles either, 3/4 and forward facing only, will try to search the web for someone with the product to find how it sits or please think about updating this vid or website with more photos.

    Hi.
    Do I need a suspension,shocks, or spacers upgrade after I installed this same set up?

    • @ArtecIndustries
      @ArtecIndustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for reaching out! Suspension upgrades are not necessary, as the bumper does not weigh as much as the full size options on the market. That being said, a little lift never hurts, especially if you are going to be out adventuring with your Tacoma!

    • @ArtecIndustries
      @ArtecIndustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      At the current moment we do not, but due to recent demand it is something we are going to be designing and releasing to work with our front bumpers. It will likely be a flip up bracket that will mount off the winch fairlead.

    • @ArtecIndustries

    • @ArtecIndustries
      @ArtecIndustries  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lopezmark44 According to our R&D department, you will have to trim the front portion above where it says TRD to allow for room for the bumper. We are not 100% sure how much trimming it will take, as it was just a test fit and we were not going to cut up a skid plate that was loaned to us. Thanks!

    • @ArtecIndustries
      @ArtecIndustries  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@lopezmark44 You would need to trim the front of the plate as it would contact our bumper. We have not actually done the trimming so I cannot recoomend how much is needed, but that was the issue and what was contacting when we tried to install the TRD skid. Thanks!
