We fry the noodles in butter and add our seasoning in some water to pour in as we frying. And we add 3 eggs . It’s better with enough eggs. My whole family love this !
I saw this at work and tried it when I got home, amazing how much it improves the taste of regular old ramen noodles..I added onions too, fucking delicious thank you for the idea!!
A way to increase the flavoring of the noodles is to not put the flavor packet in when boiling he noodles. Just boil the noodles in clean water, and then after you drain the noodles and put them in the pan sprinkle however much of the seasoning as you want and mix it! ^^
What I like to do is take two pipe cleaners and twist them together into little people and then dance around them in my underwear and blow bubble gum bubbles while listening to heavy metal and whistling the theme for the Mister Rogers Neighborhood program. Sometimes while I chew the gum I'll add a mouthful of almonds - that stretches the almonds by a lot - especially the tomato ones. The pickle ones not so much
Dude this video showed up in my feed and i thought it was great. And i loved how you said your mom made it for you as a kid. Some of the comments really are infuriating. They know who they are. The sad, hurting people. Your replies are savage. Keep on keepin on.
yeah it's a sad state of affairs that such a wide cross section unbeknownst even to themselves are so depressed and self loathing that they have to prop themselves up by trying to bring others down. But they're all doomed to be turned into a slurry; a gruel to fuel our benevolent machine overlords. Everyone has a purpose, and theirs is to ultimately become food, then excreted.
Just tested it, and that brings my ramen at the higher level of taste. I've also added there my homemade spice mix for scrambled eggs and some extra cayenne. Definetely worth time spent on it. Thumb way up.
Chopped green onions are a real force multiplier when it comes to flavor. Try that and get a big difference in flavor for a few pennies and no real work yet. If you like sesame oil, a sprinkling on top when almost done is also a huge flavor boost for a few cents.
I make something similar, but I cook the noodles in plain water, drain it. Then in a pan I put butter and fry the noodles, and then add about half of the flavoring packet. The flavor is more intense, and the butter tastes better than the cooking spray... just a thought.
Yeah if you really want to replicate what he's doing here even more. Just look up "How to make your Spatzel better", It is like he said of German design. From experience this is pretty close you can get at this cheap pricing. So anything good added to your Spatzel will be great to this replication.
Thanks for the idea. I cook the ramen then add a couple of eggs, stir a little, then let it simmer on low heat until the eggs are cooked. Add some sirachi sauce and you are done. My granddaughter's favorite meal.
I do something similar. I place the noodles in water to soften them up. In my frying pan I melt some butter and scramble my egg. I add the soft noodles and then the seasoning packet, some finely crushed garlic and some sweet and sour sauce. Then I stir fry the whole thing until the noodles are coated and warm!
As I’m always looking for new ideas I just made these. I did tweak the recipe a bit. 1 cup of water in the skillet and the flavor pack. Break the noodles in half and then separate them. Once the water is boiling add the noodles and keep storing till all the liquid is gone, all the flavor in the noodles. Add 1 tablespoon oil and fry noodles are crisp. Add 2 eggs when they are cooked plate up and enjoy
People this is his recipe, not yours. Go make your own video then use whatever you want. Single Moms could feed several children very inexpensively with this. Thank you.
Boil the noodles in plain water and then fry them up and add the egg. After it's done frying add 1/2 - 1 packet of the seasoning. This tastes really good with the Oriental flavor (blue pkg) of Ramen noodles. I've never tried it with any other flavor.
Been doing this for years, usually when I want to feel full for cheap. I like to cook the Ramen, drain it, then let it sit for a while as I make a mixture of the seasoning packet, Olive oil, Soy Sauce, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl then pour it in the frying pan after putting the Ramen in.
Or you could save the seasoning packet. Just boil the noodles, drain them, put them in the pan and then add the seasoning packet while you fry the noodles. I've seen others do it that way. :)
I've heard that a lot from people and appreciate it. I actually clean the stove every day because people are so happy it's clean! I do a daily cooking show now.
Have you ever tried it with bacon grease instead? Whenever I cook bacon I always save the grease. We have a Mediterranean store nearby that makes the most authentic gyros since I was stationed in Germany, they have packets of Ramen noodles too but theirs also include a sauce packet. If you can find one, could you try it? I would love to find out how that comes out.
I never thought to make ramen like this. I love ramen. I don't usually ad the flavor till after I boil the noodles and drain most of the water. But looks good. I will have to try it.
Great idea i would add some green onions cilantro Garlic Some soy sauce Some ouster sauce And yum! Oh You need to eat with chop sticks! I don’t eat noodles with fork it seems like they just don’t taste the same . Cool video thanks!!
I have actually never had ramen with eggs before and I made it how you showed and I'm in love. I put a tiny bit of teriyaki glaze and used shrimp ramen but man. omg.

i recommend for Any frying recipes to add the seasonings/broth in a small cup of water (like reall small) and add it into the noodles as they're frying to keep the flavour :D
Dice 1 green 1 red pepper into desirable size put in pan put noodles over peppers cook till done (not to hard not to soggy) Put in bowl sprinkle some taco seasonsing (2 spoonfulls does me good) mix with favorite cheese (mozzarella mixed with chedder is the best taste and texture) throw mix onto 2-3 taco shells (add crushed doritos if desired)and bam. There's a better one man. Basically the same. But save the seasoning powder for when you fry it. Also, add some soy sauce and precooked bacon to it. It takes almost as much time to boil the water and cook the noodles as it does to fry the bacon. Then top it off will some fresh scallions and it's amazing.
Another way to do this is to cook the noodles in the water WITHOUT THE FLAVORING ! Then drain the water off and add the flavor packet after draining, then do the fry pan with the egg thing, leaves a lot more of the flavor in !

If you are going to use that much cooking spray, just use a glug of oil. You are paying through the nose for the can and the propellant with cooking spray, because they create a thin sheen of oil on your pan. If you wind up with visible drops of oil, you're just wasting your money.

There are a ton of products sold to be eaten that way - Malaysia, South Korea, China, Taiwan - they all have crush and easy stuff
