- Today I decided to buy a game called Dead District. When I found it only 5 players were online, and since it reminded me a lot of Rust, The Forest and even a game we played recently called The Farlands; I had to try it out. I had a great time, but couldn't play much due to a time restraint irl. So one day, we'll return and do a bit more progress!

Man what about the old survival games that nobody plays anymore? My number 1 was always Reign of Kings. It was one of the highlights in multiplayer survival for me. Good times
2012 the warZ which was renamed infestation survivor stories. but it died in like 2016

@@45hopefull Yeah, I'm still playing Miscreated, my favorite game. Too bad that my favorite game is a ages old abandonware with no new competitors. Bugs and lags and glitches and hacks - but the concept is perfect.

Most underrated survival craft game Ive played in the past few years was Heat and Homestead.
Most rewarding/in depth crafting system I've encountered in this genre.
The upgrades and animations to old machinery was great. E.g the circular saw that made planks was actually animated.
Graphics were unique too and some of the scenery really sucked you in.
Definitely had some talented devs
It's Wurm Online for me. Back in the day you didn't even get basic tools to start, it would take hours to make the basic tools to start making a tiny 1x1 house, and most of a day to actually build the house. Agonizingly in-depth, but so satisfying.
heat was beautiful but rlly bad optimized and abandoned too soon, so was a scamm
@@n3m3sys30 it was more complete and had much more variety than 99% of the supposed triple A titles you pay two or three times as much for. So it was hardly a scam.

I love survival games. I already have, Ark survival, The Mist, The Infected, DayZ etc. But after watching your vid, I had to try it out. And I love it.
i got all those besides dayz , but than i also have raft , minecraft , no one survived , grounded , 7d2d , stranded deep , arid, the long dark , the blight , the forest which is so freaking good , rising world, rust and zompiercer . i need subnautica and i got most of the good ones out . but this year a ton of great ones are coming out

Looks like the darker rocks are iron, and the gray ones are stone! Hit the dark looking rocks with the pickaxe and put them in your furnace! Just a wild guess.... LMFAO!

Again I'm looking for survival games that let me breed pets and absolutely do NOT have GUNS. I can get that playing Ark Survival Evolved but really don't see anything else like that in survival genre. Aways with the guns gunes gunes guns guns.

hihi in the first minutes it already hurts the anim blends are terrible no or broken jump animation why it goes in T pose and because of the floding jump its the default UE character animation an 0 work done to it other then some hit animation no wonder its not known

I miss the days when they made more unique games. Nowadays wannabe devs keep copypasting eachother and scrap together some assets and they call it a game. The socalled "devs" of this flimsy piece of work just wanted to mash dayz and rust together using the chernarus layout. Its like they been banned from their favorite dayz and arma epoch servers. Of course they added zombies too, because why not? Not like anyone else has made a zombie survival game before..
