Rematch seems easier than the main fight since the Arena is destroyed, meaning the entire ashlands doesn't hear your fight and decide to join in on the chaos. First fight was about an hour long with five deaths as an ice mage with Trolstav. Two deaths were to Fader - one because I forgot to pop my fire wine, the second because I forgot to watch the timer on my fire wine. The other three deaths were caused by randoms joining in - Asksvin and Valkyrie included. Once we got to the summon/eruption spam? The fight slowed to a crawl. I'm impressed with how quick the axes make short work of him though - stellar job!
i was thinking of this myself. i play co op, so we would have 2 people with green axes and a mage giving us bubbles. i feel like we will just demolish fader

Maybe here or discord, Everytime I see parts of buildings but never the whole thing I'd like to explore it myself and see how u managed everything, thx This was way cleaner than the first time tho, dual axes are cool but ive always used spear and ill prob continue with them
A friend and I have worked on a world since launch and recently opened a copy of our world for others to view. We aren't to the point of beating Fader yet, but we have some neat structures if you want to check it out. While I like the addition of the snare effect, 10 poison damage doesn't feel like the effect of a powerful nature enchantment fueled by a jade gem. Same with the 10 lightning damage and the tiny % blood boost. Most of the "magic" weapons we already had in game do way more elemental damage, so why are the numbers so small on these late game supposedly uber-enchanted weapons? It just feels weird. Good fight though lol, nevermind my whingeing
@@sittingforgetting9907 right, I just meant I think the base elemental numbers should be higher than 10 even though they have additional effects. The mage staves from Ashlands also seem mostly underwhelming unfortunately.
@@VenatorStellorum the ashlands lightning staff is naturally the highest dps weapon in the game, and the gem effects are incredibly powerful including the bloodstone. the emphasis on secondary effects is how a lot of RPGs work
@@neattricks7678 yeah those were my initial thoughts before actually playing with any of them myself, the snare and chain lightning on the weapons are insanely good, staff of nature is the best crowd control in the game, lightning staff is indeed very good for damage but for my taste lacks enough CC to be worth it. I still think the blood effect is weaker than the other two but still strong in the right circumstances, saw someone use ashwood stakes to poke their health down real low then two stab Elder with blood slayer

That ark hood would look so good with the green axes… and the hood decreases stamina usage 👀

the flat damage appears to be just for triggering the audio and visual associated with that element.

Has the ability to bind jade stone been shown effectively in this boss battle? It seems to me that I don't see any roots
you dont see them but when the boss lets me attack his side without turning to face me, its because it is immobilized.

you need blood stone, which is one of the 3 enchant stones found randomly in fortresses.

Синими топорами его можно убить за 5 минут ( 1 каст массы костей), зеленые намного меньше урона наносят.
