You can apply for Permanent resident from Germany which takes 6 months to 1 year based on your score, check your score here - www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp If you can get a job offer then easier to move on work visa. 3. The points get on decreasing with increasing age, so apply asap
