Please, please, please switch back to English. There are 101 Hindi channels for those Indians who want to hear moving to Canada and everything Canada in India. Yours was one of the few Indians in Canada channels that was in English.

The internal move strategy worked for me as well. One good thing that came out of this pandemic was policy changes in company for remote working and relocations. Me and few other colleagues of mine moved to Canada within our own teams/ different teams with this. For me, it gives my husband the flexibility to change his job without having to worry about my work location. Sadly, we are in Montreal and would eventually like to move back to Ontario
@@humpty02dumpty yeah hopefully in a year or two. Not sure on whether it's feasible to settle down in Montreal or anywhere in Quebec due to the language constraints.
How did you manage to mitigate your notice period - assuming that you just changed your location and you were still part of company's India subsidiary.
@@karanlion1 It was an internal team movement. So I worked for India office until they marked my start date in Canada. I took leave for my travel and move.
