Hi Nishant. I am working for a Canadian company remotely from India for the past 2 years. Now I have registered myself for the Express Entry program. My job offer does not come with LMIA. Now when I am creating my profile do I select that I have a valid job offer? Because I will continue to work in the same company once I move to Canada and the company has promised to provide updated offer letters and salary details as per Canadian standards to support my PR program. It’s a full time job for a financial institution.

I got job offer from Canadian company ,this is contract job and I have to work from home in India only. This company doesn't have any office in India and they hired one Indian as HR for their company,I am communicating with this HR only for the job description, interview round and as well my final selection.

Hello sir, I am from Nepal and we both wanted to move to Canada. I am 29 and my husband is 31. My husband completed his master's degree in Project Management from NTNU (Norway) in 2015. And I have a masters degree in environmental engineering (civil engineering background). We wanted to move to canada as PR but because of this covid, Draws are not happening and because of our age factor we won't be able to get a good CRS score. Now, we both are thinking to go for a PhD. But it has become very difficult to get a PhD, is there any other alternative? Do you help on that? Please reply
Try to get higher ielts score , have a great work experience , learn French (it also adds up the crs score ) . I myself and my husband are waiting to get ppr our crs was 474 , hope this helps and best of luck for fsw draws
Ps: do explore your chances for PNP as it requires lower crs score and as fsw category is at a standstill for the last 2 years .
We thought of that too. But there is a backlog in FSW draws. Again because of this omicron, situations won't be smooth. We rather wanted to go as a student. That would add our score and our age won't be a problem. But the problem is we are not getting a PhD. My husband has a very good academic background as well as work experience. Despite that, it has become almost 6 months since we are not getting a reply from any professor. Now we can not go for double Masters it would reduce the chance of getting a visa.

They don’t mention exact pay rate in every position but I saw in some of them it was mentioned 4 to 5 US$ per hour. So if you calculate that turns out to be around Rs 25000 if you work 20hrs a week. The reason I did not discuss about pay rate is because it may vary for job to job.
