Will part number 08R75-K87-A30ZA for 2020-2022 models work on a 2023? Part number 08R70-K2Y-A00ZB which you have in your video is on back order but I doubt the dimensions are any different from the 2023 bikes.
I am pretty sure they are the same but no way of telling unless you try it out. Also the two part numbers you have are different color. Mine is brown seat and the other part number is black seat.
I forget but it might have been a 6mm Allen. Make sure to use a ratchet. Sometimes the fender is mis-aligned, try reaching underneath and moving the inner section around while you remove the bolt.
If your talking about the spacers for the fender, I wouldn’t, you might scratch the paint. Return you item and get a new package. Tell them it’s missing parts.

The two on the left side of the bike will not come out. What exact size are you using

Honda has all their install instructions online. You can find the link on the official website when you search the part.

Hex socket on a ratchet
@@MacrossGaragethanks! I had to use a hex socket on my impact drill to remove mine lol as the normal hex key stripped the bolt
Read many that had difficulty with removing these bolts, even the side bolts for the saddle bags.
was there a specific hex socket size?

You can buy any bolt separate from the hardware store. You just need the size. Which bolt are you referring too?

You can also try Amazon. I don’t know the sizes at the moment but I can try to look when I get a chance.
