    I burn the same amount of calories doing your workouts as I do running 3 miles! You are the truth! I’m telling everyone about you!

      @@sandrahughes-l9z it’s extremely difficult to burn 800 calories in 30 mins . I usually burn 200 and that’s me working extremely hard . It all depends on your body weight and how hard you work . This is however a good cardio workout.

      @@sandrahughes-l9z no I didn’t say that . The person above said that . Also that person didn’t say they burnt 800 calories in a 3 mile run , they said they burnt the same amount of calories in this workout as they would in a 3 mile run which actually does sound realistic .

    I just finished a workout on this here TH-cam and I was underwhelmed. I remember seeing your video a week ago and decided to search for you today to get something moreeeee. 10 minutes in I was sweatyyyyy! Mind you the other video I was breathing through it but no sweat. Long story short nobody does it like us and I'm glad I found you again ❤️ I'm going to complete this workout tomorrow

    These workouts are BOMB!!! I will plus one others here who've noted the calorie burn equivalent to running. I have been a runner since high school, now 31, and much prefer this workout to running. It's not only a boost for cardio, it's a strength building workout too.

    I recently came across your channel and I love your workouts!! They’re convenient (I can get a session in during my lunch break) and they’re effective to where I still feel challenged. I burn more calories and get a better sweat than when I would do cardio at the gym. Keep ‘em coming💪🏾💪🏾

    first time i did it i almost died out of breath i tell you i took like 4 breaks in between but finshed it and i weight 280 pounds the second day i tracked how many calories i burned with my fitbit i burned 581 🔥 calories yayyy in 30 min i usually walk on a treadmil for about an hr incline 5 in speed 2.9 i burn usually 300 so thats a wow for me 😊

    I did this workout
    day 1 it was hard
    day 2 I skipped bc my legs where hurting
    day 3 I did it saw nothing change
    4 I did it saw little results
    day 5 It was okie i lose 4 inch in the 60 rate
    I love this workout and I will continue it 💪
