Awesome Bro. You’re spot on! I have the SD 1250 and LOVE it. For the price it can NOT be beaten! I just installed Garage Band on my iPad . Can you pls do a video to go through how to use it with this kit. I’ve been too busy to fool around with it yet and you make things easy to understand. Thx man! 😊

, on tour. solid , relyable , indestructable! simmons where
inovators back then and still are. the app , the kits no fuss no
messynessnesy .. all over design sensibility & QUALITY REAL
SOUND just proves less is more.
That’s why I think the new Titan 50 is amazing… less is more! And then they add more to the less to give you more for less. And they make the more even better. 🤦🏽♂️ I just confused myself

You did a more thorough dive into the app which I thought was good. I wish I was stronger on using the filters. I seem to get all or nothing with them, and I’m fairly certain that the problem exist between the app and the chair. Great job on explaining the benefits over the module. You didn’t touch on how twitchy the module gets when changing and tweaking the pads, which is one of the main reasons for using the app as well.

When you are making these kit edits, are there custom kits that these can be saved as? If so, how much storage is there? Or is there a USB stick to save it to?
You can create custom kits. Each drum has a set number of “user” kits. Those are locked in for you.
Newbie here, was wondering if it matters how many gigs I should get when getting a new iPad for my new Simmons sd1250? Is 64 enough you think?

Can the drum audio be recorded using the simmons app? Not the ambient sounds, but actual triggers?
It won’t record to that app but it will using the app to the module .
Ok i just bought the Simmons TITAN50 ... And, I've got MACKIE studio Monitors outgoing... but yet for some reason i cant hear the kick drum, as loud as the reat of the kit ? ..any recommendations? Thanks
Which monitors? It’s possible the kick is too loud so it’s backing off

what usb cords do you use to connect the simmons speaker?
You don’t use a USB cable at all. If you’re using a Simmons speaker you can go Bluetooth or, if using a computer, there are a couple different options. RCA, HEADPHONE CABLE, 1/4 inch, XLR. You really need to decide what your use case is and then go from there.
Are you saying you can permanently modify the preset kits Simmons puts in the modules with the app???
The app allows you the same access as the module but much easier and the changes remain as you can create your own presets

No… these a Simmons 2 app. Its Apple and Android compatible
