Still want one in 18V
Yes please! Many ways to cut but I too want this with more power/run time!
Have you ever tried cutting laminate floor using the m12?
yeah its good!
I have dewalt and milwaukee so 18v is having more juice 365watts vs 1000w (dewalt) soi
Does that mean you have both sets of batteries and chargers.
is this Australia ? ... black Milwaukee tool boxes !!?
Do I sound Australian lol I'm from the mother land England!
What colour are yours...
@rstv84, you don't sound the least bit Australian . I was tiling in Perth WA for 15 years , I got out of it about 5 years ago . I have tiled some new builds when I returned to the UK for extended holidays to see my elder children . There's a world of difference between working practices there and here .
Bathrooms and laundries here have screeded floors with falls to a 50 mm waste and showers are 80 mm waste . They've only recently started to use fibreglass shower trays here , before you had to brick up a hob , and screed the falls , then water proof it . All power tools here are 240 v or battery powered . Many trades that emigrated here brought their 110 volts equipment with them , but electricians here won't tag it for use on site ! The best 240 v grinders were Metarbo and I used Makita 5 or 6 amp hr . Incidently the battery fitting is slightly different so you can't cross use them on tools bought in the UK and V V .
I would think you're from Guildford, Surrey from your accent .
Thanks for the comment you flaming galar! I'm from at Alban's originally but now reside in the countryside of Cambridgeshire. That's some big piping 80mm!! Who do you think has done it better the UK or Oz? W
@@tridentbathroomrenovations There's a lot more to tiling over here , even the baths are set on a mortar bed and bricked up and tiled rather that a plastic bath panel . Lots of mitred edges here rather than plastic beading trims .
I've worked on Barrett's , Persimmons sites in Cambridge , Huntingdon , Peterborough and Wixham south of Bedford . I was staying 40 miles west of Cambridge , but didn't appreciate the two hours it took to travel into the city centre . I think standards are dropping and materials cheaper , hence I didn't enjoy most new build work . Potton timber homes were nice to work on , I did one at Dunchurch , where the owner was a joy to work for .
If I can use Italian or Spanish tiles , I can build a bathroom that will last 30 years .
I love the tool, but you better have a bucket full of battery’s they die so quick…
Are you using the 2amp ones
it is soooooo under powered
What are you trying to cut with it??
I was thinking about going with the Dewalt version
