Very helpful thank you. I always have cheese as my HEA as I dont like milk, so when I have bought my block of cheese for the week, I always weigh it out into 30g portions. I love cheese so eat it on anything I find this makes it easier for me. Part of it I grate already and some I leave in slices, this has helped me not eat more cheese than I should and doesnt take long to do. Love the idea of the snack pack.
That's a great tip and one I might do going forward as I'm addicted to cheese, thanks so much for sharing (and watching!) I find It's so easy to overeat on the things you like! xxx
Hi Nia, I’m new to your channel and just watched this one after it popped up. This is a great vlog and great ideas thank you for posting this! I look forward to the next one 🙌🙂
Just found your channel. I’ve joined Sw. I’m embarrassed to say I’m 17?stone 7 now. I’m 5 foot 10. I used to be 10 stone. I don’t want to be that slim. I’d be happy around 12 stone. I think we can be our own worst critics xxx
I have just joined again. I have put 2 stone on in a year due to my mental health. Wish you success I found it really good the first time I joined as you are never hungry x😊
Hello I have never made oats with water have you tried and how did you find the taste. I drink a lot of coffee and tea so tend to use my milk for them.
Hi, Thanks so much for watching! The boxes for my porridge I got from Asda, they were really cheap! I think it was about £1 for 4 or something! Bargain! And the snack boxes I bought a longgg time ago from amazon but they still look to sell lots which look identical, if you go on and search 'meal prep containers reusable 3 compartments'. (or more if you want more! I hope this helps :) xx
Hi! Thanks for commenting! I use 300mls skimmed as that's what you need to make up the oats that I buy :) - but you can have up to 350ml for your HeA. Hope this helps xxx
