I just did the belt on this exact engine model. Using a regular bolt for blocking the camshaft is ok, but for the crankshaft that bolt would need to be exactly the correct length to set the crank to tdc. Furthermore take a look at the camshaft pulley. The outer toothed ring has shifted clockwise. This can happen if the bolts are too loose or if there is engine oil on the pulley. Likely the oil seal behind the camshaft pulley is worn. A shifted pulley will cause incorrect valve timing. You need to correct this oil problem and degrease the pulley before you can correct the timing.

Pump timing mark agar off ho jaye to initial pickup weak hota hain. Turbo bhi oil kheechne lagta hain.

What could be possibly wrong, if diesel engine Duster can't climb steep roads? The compression (pulling) is otherwise okey on plain roads but driving on hilly roads is horrible. The engine timing seems pretty good. Which part has to be replaced or adjusted? Climbing down backward from half way on hilly terrain is very dengerous. Please help if you care.
