I started with a 6 color 4 station press. yes it was pricy but I was able to set up multiple jobs at a time. The time savings was worth the price. Buy as many colors and stations as you can afford.
I somewhat agree to buy the best you can afford but Everybody don't have the money or space to start out like that and I want to help people on every level. I started with the cheapest one I could find and was able to learn how to print properly and make money as I decided if this was really something I would be able to do and enjoy doing. I upgraded 3 times after my first press each time I sold previous ones I owned. I now have a 6/6 Anatol press with the full set of Anatol Equipment. Even getting to this point I would recommend that people know what they are getting into before spending thousands of dollars on something like this. If you are going to get the big press you will need a conveyor so I would recommend starting out smaller if you can't afford the full set-up then work your way up.
Hi ME Hardies!! You have a few options depending on the type of ink you are printing with it may vary. Here is my playlist of how to cure ink without a conveyor dryer: th-cam.com/play/PLWINAibPVDjDBVH2-I953XoU2vIq85ONq.html
Thank you for your info. It helped me to go ahead with the designs and get to screen printing. I have the 4 screen press now and was debating on moving forwatd!! You really helped me thanks so much!!
I started out with a 1 color 1 station table clamp on press. With that press I learned the technique and made enough money to upgrade to a 1 station 4 color in less than a year. I been printing for about 12 years and most of my orders are still 1 color prints so you can do a lot with just 1 station. The multiple stations come in handy when yo have to print flash print and when printing multiple colors. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching!
I purchased them from a local store supply store. The store actually went out of business a few years back. They are available in many different sizes but the ones I have are 6 foot by 2 foot.
Hello, i have a question in my mind. Can we dry discharge inks without conveyor dryer? I have got a Heat Gun and i am planning to buy Flash Dryer. Wonder if we can cure discharged inks without Conveyor dryer.
I have never used discharge inks before but I have a playlist of videos on how to cure ink without a conveyor dryer that may be helpful to you I will post the link for you th-cam.com/video/Gpl9s7uVG1Y/w-d-xo.html
I can't honestly speak for all people because it depends on your situation but with that being said I guess my answer is yes and no. I just sold a lot of screen printing equipment for a very reasonable price so for the people who purchased the items they saved a lot of money compared to what the equipment actually costs. If you are getting an awesome deal on equipment I would say Yes. If you have the money to get started plus a consistent income I say yes. If you can barley afford to buy the equipment or have to take out a loan for equipment I say No. If buying the equipment would leave you in a bad financial situation I would say No. There is so much I could say about this on both sides maybe I will do a video on it. Thanks for watching! I hope this helps.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, do you think its the right time to invest in a new screen printing business?
