I love the progression in how comfortable you feel when talking to the camera. I watched an early video from 2017 and this one. Wonderful transformation! Keep up the great work!
This video is very informative. Every statement you made was followed by “I have a video on that”, which shows you have a ton of experience and are not afraid to share to help others. This video helped me understand the cost involved and move in another direction. Thanks a bunch. 👍🏽
At the end of a week long research binge into screen printing starting with knowing NOTHING about the process.... is this video. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this. it was exactly what I was looking for!!!!
You are welcome! Thank you for watching! I have a group on facebook that may be helpful to you the members are very helpful and if you ever have any issues you can do a live video and get help right away. I'll link it below: www.Facebook.com/Groups/PrintSquad
Beautiful Presentation! I'm a 64 year old man and I build custom tofu boxes. Each box is coated 3 times with 100% tung oil and allowed to dry / cure for 30 days. Now I would like to make shirts to advertise my crafts shop. After watching numerous videos on the subject of screen printing your presentation is far beyond any that I have watched. I will be using your site exclusively! Thank you and keep up the Great work! I believe it is appreciated more than you know.
Awwww! Thank you Leonard if you have any issues or questions I usually go live on Mondays after 5PM. You can ask questions there and get answers quick.
This is one of the most helpful videos I've seen on TH-cam. Not just the best screen printing video, but it's hard to find anyone who knows what they are talking about and can talk to the camera so naturally while giving so much information. This is the first of your videos I've seen but you've definitely earned a sub
You did awesome girl! I've worked and managed multiple shops and you deserve so much credit you did so awesome I hope you and your business grow and flourish
You will definitely need emulsion and emulsion scoop... Without these key pieces of the puzzle, the laminates and the screens will just be looking pretty. You will also need chemicals ( emulsion remover, ink remover) to clean the screens after your jobs. Other than that very accurate information regarding basics of what you need to start. I'm a screen printer from Houston Texas with almost 10 years experience in the industry. I love that you are very truthful with the info you are putting out.
Watching your video gives me a clear and better understanding and knowledge, you simplify the whole thing. Make it easy to understand, and I thank you for that🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
im glad you know your computers and know the importance of them in the process becuase some of these photo editing programs Will not even run with a computer that cant handle it.
very good setup, thank you for the info. im just starting in the business. well learning the process, with the info getting from you I'm getting there faster.
please switch to DIY and improvise some tools and equipment yourself on low budget. Compare making your own exposure unit, stretcher machine etc as to buying one from Amazon.com you will save a lot of cash for other stuffs. Thanks
I really appreciate the time you took to walk us through step by step how you work your shop. This video has helped me get a clear idea what I need to get up and going. Thank you so much.
Wow, thank you for going through the needed equipment and supplies and in explaining the setup of a few shirt printing station. Again, thank you very much.

Awesome video! I'm just starting out, and you definitely provided very important info that is extremely crucial for being successful at printing. Well done!👌

Awesome video! Thanks for all of the information on how to get started. Although a lot of the links are out of date, I now have a list of products to look up. Cheers! New sub!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for letting me know about the links. I have over 1,200 videos and it's hard to keep up with all those links LOL! I will try to get that fixed.
It depends on the route you want to go. I started out with a one color table clamp on press package for $150 from Ryonet the set-up came with everything that I needed except for a way to expose the screens. My next setup was like $400 or $500 1 station 4 color Silver Press from Ryonet. Next, I upgraded to a $3,000+ Vastex V-1000. I started from basically nothing and worked my way up to where I am now.
please switch to DIY and improvise some tools and equipment yourself on low budget. Compare making your own exposure unit, stretcher machine etc as to buying one from Amazon.com you will save a lot of cash for other stuffs. Thanks
I absolutely loved this video! I loved the way you broke everything down to the simplest form! What software did you use to come up with designs? Thanks :)

Great videos. Alot of information. I am interested in the multiple print screen printer. Any recommendations. Does it require special training to use it?
It took me a while to get things right as far as the correct printing technique and how to expose screens properly but I learned it all with trial and error.
Love your videos. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work. If I may ask, what kind of transfer tape or paper do you use? I've been looking for a good transfer tape and noticed yours on a different video. And your vinyl seems to stick to the screen really well. Mine does not. Thanks a bunch
wow the expenses that goes into it seems to add up. you are such a pro!!!! is it safe to let plastisol inks wash down a normal drain? i have a wash room sink that I am planning to use as my "wash booth" .
It should nob be a problem. Most business are going to cost a bit when you are getting started but you will make your money back multiple times if you stay with it and provide good services. Thank you for watching!

Love your videos. Very informative and helpful for me starting out. The one thing I am looking for that I cant seem to find is what do you feel is the best transfer paper for white shirts. I want something that will survive the wash, doesn't bubble and works easily with my press. I started using Avery. Any suggestions? Thank you.
For light colored or white shirts I recommend JetPro Soft-Stretch Transfer Paper. It's the best transfer paper that I know Of and it will last the life of the shirt if printed correctly. I will leave links for you. 8.5x11 Sheets amzn.to/2U6XhoQ 11x17 Sheets amzn.to/2RJTUaT
I didn't hear any mention of program used on computer for designs. What do you prefer? Also, do you have any idea or videos on using photographs to put on a screen? Thank you great info.
Hello, great vids. Just one question. The Hp officejet k8600 has been discontinued. Is there another printer you would recommend for printing transparencies of similar size? I look forward to your response.

Hello, great vids. Just one question. The Hp officejet k8600 has been discontinued. Is there another printer you would recommend for printing transparencies of similar size? I look forward to your response.
Any inkjet printer that prints up to 13x19 size will be fine. Cannon offer good printers for reasonable prices.
Very detailed. It’s way too much for me to grasp though lol. Good work.
Great video, is there a link for the plastisol
This is a great video if you're interested in screen printing
