heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Reyes!!!!! YOU ARE THE ONE !!!!!! God Bless you, I've been watching your videos, your very first videos, again and again, and again .........sleeping in your car, working under the hot sun of California you show the world more than anyone can imagine, you are a WARRIOR, A CHAMPION, your time is gonna come soon! perfect is the God's time!
I have a ryonet 4 color press. I always watch Ryan. I do love ur video. I bought mine 4 years ago. Took a tshirt class over a wknd and learned everything. I create my own designs and do custom. I had to close up shop 3 and a 1/2 years ago to take care of my grandma. She passed away and now I am looking to get back into the tshirt game. I made all of those mistakes you spoke about. I guess I will have to make them again. Thanks for the help.
Reyes, once again you have shown your generosity with your time, knowledge and experience; I'm proud to count you as on of my Internet friends. Thanks so much.
Yo Reyes stay up bro ! I can tell from the getgo your real authentic and unselfish . I fuxks with that. Thanks for the advice man ! I’ve been wanting to make shirts since I was 10 . I’m 28 now and have never go to it , but hey it’s never to late right ! but thanks to you man I got motivated to get on track again . Watch out for my brand coming soon
I love seeing these videos. I'm thinking of getting into screen printing. But I'm sticking with the vinyl shirts for now. As for the designs...I do my own designs. I work with the client and ask questions and do a bunch of mock ups until they are happy with the design. Then we move forward.
Hey Reyes, Thank you for posting this video! very informative. I'm still in the "thinking about" phase of starting my own business. Your video was the first i watched on this journey. Peace Brother
I print transparency on a regular printer, there are features to print . I use HP my favorite printer since 2001 :) I buy my printers on yard sales for only $5 and I get the ink also for the same price so cheap. My printouts look professional. I also make business cards, greeting cards, etc.
Ahhhh, this is exactly what I've been looking for. Just dropped some emulsion on my very first screen. I've been a designer for 100 years. Just jumping on the screen printing train. Reply here if anyone needs design assistance. Thanks Reyes!
You apply the emulsion of the front side of the screen first and afterwards behind it to push the emulsion back to the font! Great vid! Soak up game newbies!
Excellent video, good starter press for basic spot color printing. The best way to get started in the screen printing business from my experience is to get a job working for a screen-printing business. This way you can see all the steps to the screen printing process. You can also determine if the screen printing is for you before you spend money on any equipment.
That free 99 knowledge homie!. Damn! Thank you for the help. I been wanting to get into silkscreening you made it seem super chill and easy. How do you get customers for the tshirt biz?
OMG! I love your vieo! I've wanted to try this for so long. Don't know if I'm ready or not, but your video DEF gave me some insight on what I need to get started! thank you for the info and for being so fun to listen to and watch!
Considering purchasing this very kit but not to make shirts - but to do printing on acrylic plates. Do you have any idea if water based or plastisol would be better for this kind of application? Thanks in advance!
I am experimenting with shirts for my channel shirts... I got ripped off at the mall with iron on, and i went somewhere else and having some shirts made and checking if they good. But i might start just making my own shirts for my channel
Es todo Reyes. I just got my starter kit in the correo. Not ryonet though. There seems to be in increase in diy shirts. I got a cheaper brand and it doesn’t comes with everything but I’m lucky cuz I got a homie that works at a screen print supplier and will pick up the rest from there or go on offer up.👍🏾
Once you do 30 shirts, are you able to reuse that screen again the next day to do 30 shirts of that same design without starting back over with a different screen for that same design?
How is screen printing faster for bulk orders when you have to let the shirt dry before putting on a second color? I kinda get the benefit for 1 color designs but it seems like for more than that you may as well just use htv and layer the vinyl
Hey Reyes... Good stuff. my wife is a wiz with the Cricut and has a big heat press. She wants to do screen printing. What is a good kit? Should she use her cricut for cut outs? Help! trying to order her something for her b day
Cheers for the knowledge👌 What I need help with is where to buy your shirts from. I'm from the UK and I'm getting charged around 3 pounds per shirt and then I have to pay double the amount for shipping! I bought some shirts the other day, I washed 1 to all the instructions and the shirt shrunk by a size or 2?! That's what I need help with bro.
Hey sorry if this is a stupid question. I’m just getting starting making my own shirts. Is there a way to permanently burn an image on a screen so that I could conceivably reuse the screen for multiple shirts, even if I wash the paint off. Ideally I’d like to be able to make multiple designs per order and using several premade screens. Seems like the most efficient way to go about this? hope that makes sense. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
How well does the 4 color press work for you that's listed in your links on Amazon? I've seen mixed reviews about it and wanted to know your opionion about it. Thanks in advance
COuple questions....can you explain more about what you said around 7:35 "leaving the screen flooded when using water based ink". Second, what type of paper is he using when "drying, not curing, the ink?" Lastly, any chance you can do a video on how to design a 2 color (or more) print? Happy subscriber, rang the bell, gave a thumbs up....love the vids!
Oh bro, when that happens, it sucks. My best suggestion is to just keep hitting it with the power washer but to be honest when that happens, i let that screen go. I take it to the back yard and bury it.
@@ReyesTheEntrepreneur lol. Bro iv been soaking it in bleach every Sunday for the past 5 weeks. It's barley coming off lol. I think My mistake was not letting the emulsion fully dry after coating.
@@JCURRENCY602 you could have over exposed your screen. you also have to make sure that when you emulsion your screen that it's not left in a really warm space with no light in the area you left it to dry. You can just cut the screen out and get it remeshed for like $15 instead of throwing it out.
Excellent video. I was looking for what kind of heat press to start with for other projects and came across your vid. I’m going to retire early and turn my hobby/crafting/creating into a business. Best side hustle I ever had 😁. Just wanted to say I’m even more more inspired and motivated from watching your vid. 🤙🏾 Now onto finding a reasonable heat press. What do you suggest?

I’m just recently getting into vinyl, it’s so hard to do multi color. That’s why I’m looking into screen printing

Dope thank you Reyes. My wife and I are getting started LETS GO
How did it turn out?
Went good?
What product did you spray before you placed the shirt on the screen printer?
it’s a Spray Adhesive it helps the shirt stick to the surface so when screen printing it keeps the shirt in place
Great video. Love your attitude.
Love you man! Wish you success!
Thanks Daniel :)

Great to see your channel growing bro. Awesome video and keep doing your thing Reyes.👍
Thanks man. You too mike
Second video I have seen on your page about the screen printing, your content is good and I enjoy your humor lol that earned my sub
Can you not use a sticky vinyl or plastic stencil on top of a screen? Just curious because it seems like so much to make the initial design.
I saw a couple of uour videos. You crack me up, but you are good, though. You are real and very helpful. I love your attitude!#suscribed
Do you ever accidentally get like a spot of paint on a shirt? Do you clean it off, if so how? Or do you just start over?
Woawait please explain about going to print shop and what they doand then what do you do
Thank you Reyes , knowledge is power, thanks a lot 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

Reyes have you ever had your emulsion permanently lock on your screen? If so how do you reclaim your screen after that?

Have you checked out this video? It's about the same process. th-cam.com/video/0ZXrKjIgCVM/w-d-xo.html&lc=Ugwf1bhCD4ZiFvPcpaR4AaABAg
