Crutchfield I heard does a lot of that! At least the various radios installed and walk througha. If you find it on your vehicle then great. Check their website and youtube
Should be able to, grounding the parking brake wire defeats the safety lock out of the radio. We do not officially recommend doing this, for safety reasons (don't watch video while driving).
yes it should, check crutchfield's fit my car tool & it should accurately say if the double din will fit into your dash. Also it does have split front rear audio video connections to have the DVD audio sent to the rear speakers only
Can anyone help me out please. I’m trying to mirror my iPhone. I have the hdmi and the lighting adapter but when I choose the hdmi source on the radio the screen is just black. Any suggestions?
Having this unit placed in my car by a certified kenwood dealer. They say that 360 birds eye view system cannot be placed on an $1,200 unit I am not knowledgeable enough to know if that is true if it can be done how could I relay that to the installer and what accessories would be needed to accomplish it.
The downloadable owner’s manual has it in the last few pages, specs section. I have been frustrated with the same issue while trying to decide which model display size worked best. I suggest using cardboard cut to the display dimensions and see how it looks and works with your vehicle. 10.31Wx7.1Hx3.13D
@@Regz-2stroke I believe you have to have the phone connected to the radio's WiFi network, or I should say vice versa, as the weather app requires a data connection to work.

When using the HDMI source input, can you send the video signal out of the Video Out to the rear monitors?
Great question, I am not sure but I believe you can using the zone system (dual zone source)

Yes if you connect through the hdmi on the back of radio.

No it is fixed, cannot be removed (other than for installation purposes)

You should read the instruction manual first if you’re showing a video of a product. If you don’t know about it why are we wasting our time watching.
