Can’t see its matters as long as you are using distance sticks and wrapped up the same distance and your 10ft rods can cast as far as your 12ft spod then all good.
I dunno. This is actually interesting stuff. I was a beach n rock fisher, now because of neurologicals I’m hard pressed to even stand long enough to cast my 12’ Tenkara rod or its 21 foot big brother (which are feather light). Surprised so few subs, having to google lingo, can’t understand why the beach casting world is not following suit, bummed I can’t try the gubbins myself. For all intents and purposes I appear to be a normal slightly overweight yet well built, devilishly handsome six footer, being of the darker skinned, wavy haired Cornish extraction. After 3 years sick I still have muscle tone but I can’t use those muscles. My body is metabolizing anaerobically instead of aerobically, resulting in lactic acid build up and 24/7 exhaustion, my body is destroying my nervous system, and even if I didn’t have those issues there’s a disconnect in my cells preventing normal cellular processes. I should be dead. I feel like I am dead. The gods are laughing because they know I used to live for fishing and the outdoors. Or something like that.

Yeah 13 fter on the way had that over 200 yards with out a headwind. It's more powerful

I'm new to carp fishing I use a 12ft spod rod but 10ft fishing rods how would I spomb accurately with different size rods or does it not matter
