Great review! And also thank you for speaking about vibrations. Its fairly huge part of smart watch experience and budget ones tend to have it on the weak side. Thank you! EDIT: I tried them myself. Good looking watch, nice display, but the vibration motor just isn't strong and sophisticated enough. Certainly not enough to wake you up as an alarm. Just FYI guys!
This was more an unboxing and going through the features rather than a proper review. I did like the video but i got no information that would be helpful in choosing this smart watch. Like you say its in the budget friendly smart watch price but is it a good one, how does it compare to similar prced smart watches, whats it lacking in comparison to expensive ones, is it worth upgrading if you had the previous generation. If I bought it from this review alone id have no idea if I was scammed or if I had got a great bit of tech for a great price
I was really hoping for this watch to be it. I wanted a regular watch to tell time and set alarms/timers. I don’t need gps or Bluetooth or anything other than those features typically baked into smart watches, except for a touchscreen that is quick, simple, easy to navigate, and alerts on (while still being readable outdoors.) Price is moderately important, but for what I’m looking for, I don’t think that would be an issue. This looks to almost hit that mark, but the 600 nits, press to see the actual watch face, and bad performing timer dissuade me from getting it. I’ll keep searching for what I’m looking for 😢 Thank you for the thorough, honest and well done review.
That sounds like you are not looking for a smartwatch. As a 25€ Casio watch does all what you are asking it to do. Plus you will not have to worry about charging it
@@solidkeysYes I have a Casio watch but I wish they made a version with a touch screen that has a better UI. I like that I don’t have to worry about charging my watch. It doesn’t have wireless capabilities so I can take it into work. My experience pressing the buttons feels slow and outdated. Having to press a button 5 times to get to the alarm I want to change and then pressing it another X times to set the alarm/timer is not quick enough. Having a touch screen when the alarm and timer are just one tap and a couple of swipes away to set is superior. It may seem menial of a desire/complaint, but I think it would be great to have a Casio watch with a touch screen experience similar to the Apple Watch where it’s zippy, straightforward, and well done.
