Solution is conservative physical therapy or operative. Something that can help is expanding the opening of the root nerves extrusion but that depends on the type of hernia
Or the best way to stretch! Don't teach hear again
It will go only by streching, bending forward and back and side to side. If possible practice Sun Salutations (Surya Namskar). Slowly your back will be aligned.

Sciatic pain caused by a disc herniation often resolves on its own over time.

@@usdollar999 The last time I experienced sciatica was 12 years ago, and before that it was six years ago. Yea, my underlying issue is that I'm getting old. lol I receive chiropractic treatment every two weeks, and that keeps the sciatica away. Doctor found that I had L4-L5 disc herniation. He taught me how to ice my low back to reduce the disc herniation, and then the chiropractor would adjust my L4 vert. Sciatica is gone.

Decompress the lower back by getting between two chairs with locked arms and let the lower body hang. Briefly 2-3 times. Don't over do it. Several light decompressions WILL release the lower lumbar.

One thing I noticed: once in a while when I burden my back more than usual, say stretching it a lot on pull ups or otherwise, the next day I get some push back inflammation, as in ok now you have to thread careful for a day or so to adjust/heal. I usually am surprised because I wouldn't have considered the exercise especially straining on the back. But without that I'd merrily keep doing what I'd been doing and probably damage my back, maybe leading to sciatica. So this unique feedback seems pretty important.
Now I imagine if you were on corticosteroids for any reason (asthma), the reduction in inflammation would prevent this sort of feedback and easily lead to cumulative damage until impacting on the sciatic nerve, without you knowing what did it.
What I'm trying to say is, you need your 'impact sensors' to safeguard your back, and some meds may knock them out. Also, without the inflammation, that micro injury won't heal.
Still haven’t heard of anybody curing sciatic nerve problems 😢
Do "supta kapotasan", a yoga technique to get cured from the Sciatica pain. I had the nerve issue 3 years back, but after doing the aasan just for a few times I have never felt that pain again. Do try it.

Chiropractic didn't work for me
I did it somehow it just stopped hurting, it got so bad that whenever I'd sit down and my buttocks would move I'd get sharp pain flying down my butt to my foot. Posture i believe is what fixed it all

Show what exercises or stretches that can help
Stand on the stair/ step with an unaffected leg, hang (suspend) the affected leg, relax it fully and move forward and backward slowly. It's like how a pendulum is working. (The affected leg is the pendulum). This reduces pain. If both sides are affected, do the same to both legs. Within seconds pain is getting reduced. Then you can do other exercises. Exs. should be normally patient specific. (I'm a Sri Lankan physiotherapist)
Your muscles are weak around your hips strengthen those muscles I would still stretch before doing those exercises. Don't listen to the guy in the video stretching is good just don't overstretch, if he had a solution he would have showed some examples of exercises.
If the nerve is being impinged, you have to fix the impingement

This is the best darn illustration or explanation of how I feel that I have ever seen my sciatica is debilitating sometimes to say the least.... I have to ride in the buggy at Walmart and I'm only 45.... I can't walk through Walmart my leg will go numb and I'll fall over. Some days I can't walk inside my apartment I have to crawl or roll.... I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis bone degeneration slipped L4L5 back in 2015, along with neuropathy in my right leg which is my sciatic nerve is your leg.... The only thing that gave me any relief was epidural steroid injections they put me to sleep to administer the injections every 3 months. People that don't know about this think it's a joke.... Thank you for your very wonderful video explanation I really appreciate it
Try essential somatic too. Very helpful to get more relief. So sorry your dealing with this. I was in a 6 months pain loop with sciatica. Almost called it quits from the pain. I get it. Orthopedic insoles helped me as well. If your feet aren't supporting you properly your back will feel it.
I feel ur pain I ended up walking on my tiptoes then fell off a couple steps thought I broke my leg I couldn’t put no pressure on had to walk on crutches and them things bout killed me a couple times fell backwards off my steps straight on my ass trying to get in my door then broke couple toes on my good foot and leg bottom of crutches is a bone breaker when it jams in between ur toes in the dark I put on 30 pounds I’m still unstable going up and down steps I have a lot of back problems that needs tending to but when a doctor tells u u not a good candidate right now for no surgery I guess cause I haven’t been thru all the bullshit treatments that will not help my situation I can’t stand long no more than couple minutes I have to sit or lean forward DOCTORS THESE DAYS JUS DONT GIVE A 💩BOUT THE PATIENTS NO MORE AND THE PHARMAS THEY TRY TO PRESCRIBE U NOW WHY DO U WANT TO TAKE MEDICINE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEIZURES BUT PRESCRIBE IT FOR NERVE PAIN EXCUSE ME I DONT THINK SO I BEEN DEALING WITH THIX PAIN FOR OVEE 18 years at one point I couldn’t roll over in the bed without moaning and hollaring at times and jus lay there and cry at times I’m 54 I mite look healthy on outside but the inside is nothing but constant pain smh never asked for pharma pain meds cause watever in them makes me itch and makes top of my stomach hurt uuughhhhh

The fix is not continuing to irritate your sciatica by attempting to stretch it. Millions are making this mistake

I think many surgeons and rehabilitation experts would disagree. Pain when bending is usually due to a herniated disc which pinches the nerves, giving sciatica pain.

Brilliant explanation, but how to fix & cure the painful sciatic issue?
Glute bridges, pelvic tilts, dead bugs , abdominal draw in maneuvers , TA (transverse abdominious bracing, glute squeezes
Please give us the solution on how to do it correctly!
Allow the muscles to relax and heal then gradually reintroduce stretching without overdoing..
Find the reasons, ie diagnose truly, reasons are in you or your habits or some past forgotten or unknown accidents or head injuries and unbalance.
Find them and heal by Indian yogic ways, rest rely on prayer to God.
Good way to demonstrate the problems, display remedies too in the same way . Appreciated.

When I get these episodes I go to the pull up bar and grip it leaving by body hanging full weight freely, ohhhhh you feel decompression through the spine
That works for me idk if it works for other people but I also cant do that everyday as my lower back becomes real sensitive.
Also constant morning stretches help a lot too and a healthy diet and exercise routine go a long way, I didn’t believe this until you hit rock bottom with your back issues you’re willing to try anything then

So what’s the cure?? Cuz this is a genuine issue that has ruined my life and work.
Stand >> turn toes in hard>>> shift weight(1 leg straight and 1 bent) alternating left and right slowly and far >> 8 times each side>>> walk around a little>>> repeat for 3 sets every 2 hours.

So when I bent-over I feel better but when I had an MRI the DOCTOR never said I had this thinning generator disc. HE JUST SAID IT'S A NORMAL BULGING DISC. Do you think it's a Posterior Disc Bulge?
