Yep, that was me, but I know some people don't want the hssel of a bigger home. If I was just starting out or hadn't lived in the big old house I grew up in this would be great.
I noticed that, I'm sure once put on your property it would be fixed right. They are under warranty so they will fix it the way it should be before you take it over.
It's nice but i would change the kitchen to an 8ft island, eliminate the door in the kitchen, and I don't need the 2nd bedroom that would be a pantry or master closet and expand the master bath, if I want a 2nd bedroom I'll just get an 80 footer and same, but for the price this is doable and I make those changes myself. I will check out your books.
Nice home! Would want white siding and carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom lacks wall space for a dresser and mirror. Love the front porch, would probably eliminate that side door, takes up too much room from an already small living room. Overall, very nice home, thanks for the tour Todd!
The beeping is indicator to Change batteries in smoke detector sound is annoying as heck why put windows above toilet not sensible you doing your thronely business anything can come thru window you done for

Yes, I liked having the map, it makes it so much easier for me to find them, so I know it would be great for a customer.

I liked this one. It's nice for the price. I don't like the floors cause it reminds me of camo, but that's a me thing, lol.
