I was drooling till the end of this video ….I remember i went to Coorg in 2015 I decided to stay at a homestay what a lovely treatment. Yes as you rightly said Kodava cuisine is characterized by the use of flavorful spices such as pepper, ginger and garlic .it has very distinct flavor of its own.......Especially Coconut-based wet masalas Nati chicken curry 😋
