The best vegetarian food I've ever had was in India. Almost every restaurant menu has a large portion dedicated to veg options and they generally taste like they were designed to be meatless, not just some meat dish with a veg substitute.

It is varied, nutritious, and fun to both cook and eat. Once you build your spice cabinet, it’s all pretty easy to prepare as well, although I’m not that good at making fermented dosas, but I keep trying.
I said thousand times Indian food is one of my favorite, period.Once I've tried, and I have fell in love since than.No to mention that I had an honor to eat a meal prepared by my Indian friend. It was delicious.Chicken Biryani w/ Raita -yogurt & onion salad (sauce/dip).It was perfect combo.
We have more to offer other than chicken biryani and all. Sad part is that foreigners stick to megacities like Delhi and Mumbai and ignore the beautiful side of India ( Himalayan regions, North east, south india, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and more.....)

Without South indian food top 10 food is no way can be completed. South India has huge and very unique cuisine from North India.
Yeah true, he needs a list for the south (though he had that goan one). You can make 2 vids, each year, and you can do a top 10 but it will be different based on each region and what he has tried within that year.
So does North and North east Indian cuisine. U cant call any specific region to be exclusively Indian. Every 200 miles people have their own cuisine and thats accross India!!

Unfortunately Internationally it usually shows up like this with "disputed territory" written on many maps. International community doesn't recognise Gilgitt Balochistan. I guess Sonny used a map from one of the google servers that shows this map. I work with Singapore, Thailand, Australia clients often, They all use the broken map of India in their communication to be "politically correct"

dont wait just pack your bags and land in India. there are a lot of budget options to stay and street food is really really cheap !! December and January are the best months as the weather is good. be in India for atleast 4 weeks even if you want to just scrape the surface !!

You should visit South India (places like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka etc) Theres lot of places to visit and the cuisine is so much different from what you tried in North India. I've been to both places and loved them...Can also eat beef in South India
Ahhh I wish I had friends around the world. I travel here in America solo, but I carry maximum protection and feel uneasy. I want to travel and try so many different foods and learn about cultures, but it’s too scary to do on my own.

Hey William, big fan here. Keep doing what you’re doing. I do have one suggestion though, next time when you visit Tamil Nadu, ask for more original dishes from the Tamil cuisine, I promise you enough content for at least 3 full videos. There are rich, deep cultured stories behind some of those foods.

You should travel to Hyderabad for its Biryani, Haleem and Telangana Hindu food.. mostly non-veg. This city is said to have the best Biryani in the world. You should also go to Kerala to eat the Sea food plus Malabari Parota with Beef which is everyone's meal.
Finally the Mangalorean cuisine is known to be one of the best.
You also missed the north east which is legendary by itself
