Usually I just count the dead frame and noticed when actual frame is repeating and divide it with the same number by using time stretch but it depends upon anime For example at 3:05 the clips move after every 2 frame so clips speed is 100 Divide it by while time stretching 2 ( 100/2 = 50% ) Apply same logic for 3 and 4 ( 100/3 = 3.33% ) and ( 100/4 = 25% ) Saves lot of time if you are working anime which is produced by good animation studio
The issue with this is not every animation is the same and are not automated, people draw every frame and there are inconsistencies. I prefer to do it this way due to this but any of the other ways are fine too.
What's the point of using Twixtor if you're not adjusting its speed parameter? Twixtor will only interpolate frames when you change the speed, that's its whole purpose. In your example, when you time remap, all the interpolation was actually done by Flowframes. Using a high-fps clip in a lower-fps sequence or composition allows you to slow it down without duplicating frames (up to a certain point, depending on how much higher the fps is). For instance, if you put a 60fps clip into a 30fps comp, you can slow it down to 50% speed without frame duplication. That's exactly what's happening here. It's a good method, but it doesn't involve any Twixtor calculations at all.
I'm new to this to but twixtor does interpolate when you time remap the pre composition with twixtor inside, so I guess twixtor is an frame interpolation plugin? I miss the fundamental

Yeah I get that but I try twixtor myself but with 60fps gameplay clip I don't tweak speed settings but it indeed does interpolating, when I turn off the twix inside the pre comp I don't see the warp thing twixtor give, I'm just saying it actually does something. But in this case he has high fps clip I'm not sure if twixtor is necessary or doing bad
