    I have learned from the many years of watching Judge Judy that if you’re the plaintiff and she tell you to hush while the defendant is making their testimony your best bet is to hush because she have saw flaws in their testimony and you probably have won your case if you just hush. 😂

  • @littilwood
    @littilwood 2 ปีที่แล้ว +271

    All she has to do is look at the damage on both vehicles to know whether it was a rear-end collision or an impact during a lane-change. It's honestly pretty easy to conclude what already happened based on that alone. If, as the defendant is claiming, plaintiff simply rear-ended her after failing to stop, then there would be damage across both the entire back bumper of defendant's vehicle as well as the entire front of plaintiff's vehicle. If there is only damage to the front-right side of plaintiff's vehicle, and the back-left side of defendant's vehicle, then it's pretty easy to tell who is lying. The damage speaks for itself. The testimony of each party seals the deal.

    sounds to me like they where arriving at a light where a 2 laned road merges into a 3 laned light, so that one lane may turn left. The mother, perhaps not thinking about it, forgot to merge into the left lane. To make up for her mistake, she quickly corrects herself into the left lane before checking if it's clear, thus causing a collision. She's clearly at fault, and in the scenarios, you just gotta take responsibility.

If you notice, if she says that, its almost always because she’s caught someone lying or with an inconsistent story. Defendant and daughter are doing a great job digging a deep hole with their altered story, the plaintiff just needs to shut the ef up because she has an independent witness and JJ is finding holes in defendant's lies. Rule #1 is never interrupt JJ. Show me rest of story, need to know outcome.

    Just Incase anyone has better luck finding the episode or even the ending and just needs a starting point, here is some basic info. This is Judge Judy Season 21 Episode 71 Innocent Onlooker Steps Up!; Officer Byrd Nudged by a 13-Year-Old! Air Date is November 15, 2016. Maybe we should go to judge Judy court and protest the stupid marketing strategy’s they have in posting videos from years ago knowing we can’t finish watching the endings lol. Atleast put in the description where we can finish watching, or better yet, if you know we can’t watch the rest anyone, Atleast include the rulings lol. Sheesh.
