The fact that she kept saying he was going to steal her car when she didn't pay for it and how none of them corrected her really didn't sit right with me
Right? "I was afraid he would steal my car"---when SHE's the one who stole the car from him! She not only stole from him, she continued to blame him even to Doug. The only thing he did wrong was being too generous to a bad person. I'm so glad he won. She's a real piece of work.
She just didn't want to pay! She went from driving a piece of junk that broke down on her. To a better working car. And the nerve of her, after he was so nice. Tried to get out of paying
Shoot my first car I bought was $2200 and I dogged Thar car out for 4 years! I was so irresponsible and broke a lot, so it missed tune-ups, oil changes, and I ran that girl on e many more times than I could count. Sometimes you get lucky. However, thanks to my dad for teaching me how to buy a used car and what to look for during the test drive.
The defendant had the nerve to say she didn’t trust the plaintiff when she’s the one that created this mess. Ungrateful lying entitled woman. Had more excuses than a teenager.
That jerkette has a lot of nerve. She’s afraid he’s going to “steal” a car that she stopped paying him for? Even if it was his intent to take the car back, wouldn’t that be called a repossession? So who’s the real thief here? The girlfriend needs to choose a better caliber of friends.
She came in looking for a payday! Tried paying less than half of what she owed for car and then wants him to pay over 3 grand for the window not rolling down 😂😂 wtf.
BASICALLY when the defendant started talking with an attitude not to mention the as is car. I knew she was out of gas 🙄 plaintiff was so helpful to a fault.
The plaintiff is a good guy. The defendant is full of entitlement. She wouldn’t bring the car back to him because she was afraid he would steal it. That’s called projection big-time!!!
She had a lot of nerve accusing the plaintiff when it was her that was shady. He was so kind he probably would’ve fixed whatever was wrong with it so she “basically” shot herself in the foot. I don’t understand some people 🤦🏽♀️
@jedimasters1462 that’s what I was thinking. Her car broke down so deep-down she thought he should’ve GIVEN her the car(since it was old, he wasn’t asking a lot & she was friends with his girlfriend)
He did so much work to that car before even giving it to her that most ppl wouldnt do. Like replacing the tires? How could you take this mans car and not pay him after all hes done for you??
The plaintiff seems like a really great guy who was willing to help her over and over -definitely not the kind of guy I would want to burn a bridge with
Defendant is just a big fat liar. She knew darn well that she had no intentions on paying the plaintiff once he gave her the car WITHOUT paying the full amount. Shame on her.
She was afraid he would steal the car, but she didn't want to give him his money. Then she said he said that he would fix it, but never got back to her. Really!?
I hate when defendants respond with "right" after judge schools them on what they did wrong. I don't think they really understand, the "right" is a passive aggressive way for them to disagree :(
he defendant is such a liar. She planned on getting a car for $600 no matter what he said or did to the car. He was willing to fix the car and probably continue if she would have paid. She’s such a liar.
I basically was looking for a car and basically bought one that I basically liked and basically I started driving and basically it didn't work, so basically I blah blah blah. Get a freaking thesaurus; you can basically learn what that is if you basically consult your Websters. Geeeesh!
This plaintiff is a standup guy. She got a good running Honda Civic that had a few issues which is expected of an older car. He was even willing to help her fix those issues, but she refused to bring the car to him because she was “busy”. All she keeps saying is she was worried about him taking the car, but he couldn’t take the car because she already had the title.
It really bugs me when someone buys something old for a low price and expects it to be perfect. THERE ARE GOING TO BE PROBLEMS with it! The only thing having a mechanic look at it will to is tell you what the problems are so you can judge for yourself if you want to buy it. Window doesn't roll down? So what???
Passerby on the left side of the screen with a beanie on his head being a nasty pig while Harvy's talking to the group outside (b/w 6:44 and 6:45), albeit very subtle - and real quick. 🤭... 🤨... 🤣😂
The defendant vocabulary word is basically she's a hustler and she took advantage of the Plaintiffs kindness I hate when ppl take advantage of other ppl. She used him
“I don’t trust someone to fix the car that never got back to me..” Doug: “why didn’t you take the car to him?” Defendant: “I didn’t have time..” WTF!!! 😂
Wow! She's just an entitled thief! No personal accountability whatsoever! People, no one owes you anything! Ijs🙄
Yasss!!! 🗣️🗣️
When she said she was worried he'd "steal" the car she didn't pay off... 💀
She is full of excuses
Yep. Basically.
She's STILL blaming him when talking to Doug. What a clueless brat.
AFTERNOON....BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DO W/ THEIR PRIVILEGED ENTITLED ATTITUDE SHE ATE UP THE $$$ SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PAYING HIM
"I was afraid he would steal my car". You mean like you did when you didn't pay for all of it and ghosted him?
Exactly!🤣🤣
Oh you mean HIS car? You haven’t paid for it yet.
The fact that she kept saying he was going to steal her car when she didn't pay for it and how none of them corrected her really didn't sit right with me
HA! I said the same thing!
Exactly! She's a thief!
Amerikkka
Right? "I was afraid he would steal my car"---when SHE's the one who stole the car from him! She not only stole from him, she continued to blame him even to Doug. The only thing he did wrong was being too generous to a bad person.
I'm so glad he won. She's a real piece of work.
Exactly how somebody gonna steal a car you never finished paying for.
This episode should be named... "BASICALLY" 😂
This is an example of "no good deed goes unpunished."
The defendant had a million excuses for not paying the plaintiff. She was a user. Period. 😒
She just didn't want to pay! She went from driving a piece of junk that broke down on her. To a better working car. And the nerve of her, after he was so nice. Tried to get out of paying
Defendant is a horrible person.
Hope she takes a mandatory diet with that $700 to pay.
If it’s only $1300 you know it’s going to be trouble. How are you surprised?!😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂facts
Right from the beginning I judge this is a nice guy. Time will tell about the defendant.
She wanted it brand new for $1300 😂
❤😂😅
You know what sucks? This guy will never make the same favor ever again.
Basically she's a thief.
lol
Yeah, basically...
And I can bet his ex KNEW it too!
😅😂
The defendant had the nerve to say she didn’t trust the plaintiff when she’s the one that created this mess. Ungrateful lying entitled woman. Had more excuses than a teenager.
That jerkette has a lot of nerve. She’s afraid he’s going to “steal” a car that she stopped paying him for? Even if it was his intent to take the car back, wouldn’t that be called a repossession? So who’s the real thief here? The girlfriend needs to choose a better caliber of friends.
Jerkette, that's funny!😂😂😂
He's extremely nice, rare these days. 😊
He is a sucker I had to learn that when your nice people will take advantage
He would be a great friend to have. Honest, generous, knowledgeable mechanic. She burned that bridge down hard.
Rare because of people like her
Absolutely.
Please don't call kindness " dumb." Some of the most wise people on earth are kind, yet very intelligent,
She came in looking for a payday! Tried paying less than half of what she owed for car and then wants him to pay over 3 grand for the window not rolling down 😂😂 wtf.
The defendant is an ungrateful thief. She also said "basically" 5-6 times. I kept hearing Judge Judy yelling at her.
"It was verbal agreement."
"Yeah, that's a contract."
"Correct."
😂😂😂😂
Absolutely CORRECT
Her thought process made my head hurt 😂
BASICALLY when the defendant started talking with an attitude not to mention the as is car. I knew she was out of gas 🙄 plaintiff was so helpful to a fault.
“I was afraid if I brought the car back to him he’d take it back… because I didn’t pay for it…” yup
Expecting an 18 year old car with a sale price of $1,300 to be in perfect condition is insane. She’s a THIEF.
And she had the NERVE to be upset when she lost... Crazy lol
The car is good enough for her to not want him to steal it but not good enough to pay him the rest of his money. You can't have it both ways.
take a drink everytime she says basically.
The plaintiff is a good guy. The defendant is full of entitlement. She wouldn’t bring the car back to him because she was afraid he would steal it. That’s called projection big-time!!!
Such a great point!!
Her answers run in circles
I can't believe how many people buy really old cars and then think they won't have mechanical issues.
You accepted the car As Is if it didn't work right you Still are obligated to pay Pay the man
Judge Judy would've put a stop to her saying basically every other word.
ASAP!
Why do people keep commenting “judge Judy would have done this” or “judge Mathis would have done that”. This isn’t judge Judy or judge Mathis.
@@oldageisdumb because we can.
@@gloriajordahl1086of course you can. Yet it is so annoying 😊
Basically, this girl is OUTTA GAS! ⛽️
She had a lot of nerve accusing the plaintiff when it was her that was shady. He was so kind he probably would’ve fixed whatever was wrong with it so she “basically” shot herself in the foot. I don’t understand some people 🤦🏽♀️
Why do people pay $1300 for a car and expect it to be anything other than a piece of junk?
If you halve to make payments on a $1300 car, you should not be driving a car!!
Really? You never know anyone’s financial situation. In her case, she was trying to get over
She said the window like it's the engine of the car
People hate to admits they are wrong , the entitlement is insaaaaaane
Basically (😈 😂), she wanted HIM to pay for HER to have the car.
He is going to win. She breached the contract.
A case where "As is" can work against the defendant. Lady, you ordered the steak, now eat it and pay for it!
They took it too easy on her. They should’ve embarrassed her for all her bs lies
The plaintiff seems like a really great guy who was willing to help her over and over -definitely not the kind of guy I would want to burn a bridge with
Basically she ended friendships with 2 phenomenal people. Good riddance!
He’s going to “steal” a car that she took without paying it in FULL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No good deed goes unpunished. Smh.
I hate when people say “it wasn’t my intention.”
It doesn’t matter what you intended, it matters what you did
Girl you knew the issues with the car before you paid for it sick it up
Defendant is just a big fat liar. She knew darn well that she had no intentions on paying the plaintiff once he gave her the car WITHOUT paying the full amount. Shame on her.
How would she be afraid of him taking the car when he gave it to her early lmaooo what a crappy friend
the only loser in all this is the car that has to drive that load around every day
😂😂😂😂
plaintiff very concise, love it!
I wanted to hear Judge Judy snap at her “Not Basically!”
This isn’t Judge Judy!!
lol the nerve of her!!!
She was afraid he would steal the car, but she didn't want to give him his money. Then she said he said that he would fix it, but never got back to her. Really!?
Girl what?! 🙄
Can't even be nice thee days without someone trying to screw you over. Damn shame.
I hate when defendants respond with "right" after judge schools them on what they did wrong. I don't think they really understand, the "right" is a passive aggressive way for them to disagree :(
The thief says she does not trust the honest man.
she took advantage of him. never planned on paying him
She’s a scammer- bad person smh 🤦🏾♀️
He is such a sweet man
Basically, the defendant is an idiot. LOL
We have a name for you, "litigant." One of the best Business Law lessons for people. "Kind" people become "litigants."
I wish Doug had asked the plaintiff what profession he switched to.
Maybe a barber? 😂
Judge Judy would rip her to shreds for the "basically" every other freaking word!
Then watch Judge Judy!
he defendant is such a liar. She planned on getting a car for $600 no matter what he said or did to the car. He was willing to fix the car and probably continue if she would have paid. She’s such a liar.
Basically Basically Basically
I want to know where to find this guy. He sounds legit.
I’m lost. He selling her a car for 1300 but the fixes he doing before selling the car would cost him around that much. Seems fishy
she really needs to stop using the word "basically" as its very annoying.
The defendant is irritating. I hate ppl that complain about issues they caused. 😂
Absolutely no accountability on her. It's all the plaintiffs fault.
she is a thief and a liar
Ungrateful
Thank goodness she's off the air because I have to hear her say 'oh it's old enough to vote' one more time. 🤣🤦♀
😂 Or "quien es mas macho" or "take the nearest crayon and the nearest toilet paper" or "...he hardly knew her!"
No,one forces you to watch anything! I happen to like this Judge along with Judge Judy and a very few others!
Well bless your heart and thanks for sharing Sandy. Or is it Bruce?? 😁@@sandybruce9092
I basically was looking for a car and basically bought one that I basically liked and basically I started driving and basically it didn't work, so basically I blah blah blah. Get a freaking thesaurus; you can basically learn what that is if you basically consult your Websters. Geeeesh!
This girl is a thief
steal YOUR car? girl….
If someone still owes you money you can sign the back of the title under Lien Holder meaning they can’t sell the car without your permission
I was afraid he was going to steal my car, but it wasn’t your car yet you hadn’t finished paying for it
It really bugs me when someone buys something old for a low price and expects it to be perfect. THERE ARE GOING TO BE PROBLEMS with it! The only thing having a mechanic look at it will to is tell you what the problems are so you can judge for yourself if you want to buy it. Window doesn't roll down? So what???
Oh Judge Milian..... It's either your hair or your nails that looks incredible! The icing on the cake to my viewings of the cases! 🎉❤
so u sell a car as is and then owe them thousands in repairs
Basically She Lost
Passerby on the left side of the screen with a beanie on his head being a nasty pig while Harvy's talking to the group outside (b/w 6:44 and 6:45), albeit very subtle - and real quick. 🤭... 🤨...
🤣😂
Why does the judge feel the need to belittle the plaintiff, by calling him stupid and dumb
It's NOT YOUR CAR CUZ U AIN'T PAID FOR IT
No good deed is forgotten quickly! Nice plaintiff!
Case of Hooptie Doo lmao 😂😂😂😂good one
Everytime she said basically, I drank and now I’m hungover
I didn't even need to see the case to know the defendant lost just based on the intro
🤣🤣😫 how did u know???
"I was afraid he'd steal the car" WOMAN, YOU STOLE THE CAR.
She is the scammer and didn’t want to pay the rest of the money.. since she is fine with fixing the car herself 🤦🏾♀️ SMH
If she says "basically " one more time!🙄
The defendant vocabulary word is basically she's a hustler and she took advantage of the Plaintiffs kindness I hate when ppl take advantage of other ppl. She used him
He was only charging her $1,300 and he was going to fix all that stuff before? What a nice guy.
She knew damn well she owed him, she just straight out stole the car😮
He's a decent kind man. I hope he learns from this.
In the words of Judge Judy - "I don't want to hear basically." I'm surprised the defendant didn't say the word "like" a bunch of times.
If she says BASICALLY one more time I’m going to scream !
Stop buying a car🚗 if you don’t have a OBD2 scanner. $1300 price 18 year ole car that is old Enough to Vote 🗳 😂😂
“I don’t trust someone to fix the car that never got back to me..”
Doug: “why didn’t you take the car to him?”
Defendant: “I didn’t have time..”
WTF!!! 😂
