These Gmail tips are pure gold! I never knew about so many features that could turbocharge my productivity! I would love to explore how different tools can enhance our email game.
Your dexterity in Gmail is remarkable. "Click on the upper right", click on the three dots . . ." I will have to watch this a couple of times to catch the things you do so easily. Nicely done!
Steve, this was Amazing! I've been a Gmail user for over 10 years and I did not know about Instant History, Templates, Multiple Signatures, Add to Calendar/Tasks, Unsubscribe! You have now made my life so much easier! Thank you again for all you do to educate all of us!
Templates! Awesome! Tip for your viewer. Templates never showed in my 3 dots. After research, I needed to go to Settings>See All Settings>Advanced>Enable (Templates)>Save Changes Now I'm rock'n and roll'n. Love your energy and humour. Keep posting!
Apologies, I came back to this after your tips for Google Calendar. I found the Add to Calendar tip which now does Tasks as well as Events. It is better than previously but still doesn't address the question of "merging" Tasks and Events entries into a single Calendar Item.

I use tags/labels on all my emails as a way to categorize them and I recently discovered the way to turn that categorization automatic by using the filter function (create filter based on the sender email address).
Oh how I wish you had this all out in a format so that we could print it out and have it on hand what great things we can do with email thank you so much
Hi Steve, thank you for sharing this content. An additional point you could share is how to enable templates from settings/advanced. Thanks again. Fred
I started viewing your webinars to learn about "voice typing" and decided you are simply FABULOUS at explaining tech matters. Now, I've decided I need to view all your programs. Can you suggest a list and an order that I should view them in? Thanks for being so good at tech and being willing to share what you know. Mickie Douglas
I needed the templates and signatures suggestions! About to serve in 2 roles temporarily for a few months and will really benefit from that. Thank you!!
I just found your channel...You are showing some great tips for Gmail that is VERY HELPFUL. Your voice is very professional and I appreciate your technique in teaching. Thank you!!!
Loved the last tip the most - Search to Unsubscribe. These types of emails is what causes the most havoc. I've got 7k worth of emails to clean up. Some of these senders dont' even have an unsubscribe option. Any other choice but to report "Spam"? It'll forever end up in Spam if I do that.
Amazing video, thanks. Do you have a trick to change the subject of an email? Sometimes the emails change directions of the original topic and it would be great to change the subject as a reference for the future.
Thanks Steve. Great tips. Can you advice on how to Bcc to my inbox as a default setting without having to opt for Bcc for each email I send. I like to have all my emails in inbox for ease of looking up. This saves me the time of going to sent email and compare with inbox to see whether I have taken action or not.
Great tips. A couple of questions I still have is as follows: If I have google contacts with multiple email addresses how can I select the specific email. Alternatively how can I change the default email address for a google contact in my contacts.
That was very helpful information especially the one about History. I was always searching through same email recipients for certain bill payments and you solved that one for me. Thank You
Great tutorial! Thanks for these very well presented and helpful tips! I have a question please. At my job, I get lots and lots of emails that don’t concern me. How can I get these emails out of the way so I can see the ones that pertain to me? Thank you kindly!
Hi Steve, all great and usefull tips. I use most of them but for me the Keyboard Shortcuts are the best! I would strongly recommend using these helpful shortcuts. With the touch of a key you can forward, delete, reply, label...etcetera mails. It saves me a lot of time and I don't have to use the mouse!
Fantastic training!!! I watched it on my TV and played in my Gmail on my computer. I paused and played with each section. Somethings I updated and many were new things I didn't know, thank you SO much for this video Steve. 😊♥️
WOW!! You have the best stuff. Why haven't I discovered your TH-cam channel earlier? I mean, seriously this is easy to understand. And, I grew up when the only computer that existed was that robot on Lost in Space. Danger Will Robinson! Danger Will Robinson!
A while back I found a way to alterate my email address for when I am required to give my email in order to access a site. I go onto various crafting sites and they want me to join their member list in order to do it. I don't want to get on their mailing list or have to deal with unsubscribing after I start receiving their emails. This hack had something to do with adding something to my legitimate email so it won't go through. Undeliverable so to speak. Thanks. I love your site and all the great tutorials.
Do you know the email hack I want to find? I have searched with every keyword I can think of and no success. It's out there somewhere ...I just need to find it again 😄
Another job well done. I didn't know about the "send cancel" option thanks. I do miss the "email opened" report feature in my old Office Outlook software so that I was informed when the recipients had opened one of my emails. I haven't found this option within Google... or have I just done a "guy" look?
Thanks for Watching!

Your Unsubscribe tip was worth waiting till the end! The other tips, I will be using as well, but that last one will really save me a lot of time.

Hi Steve. Rewatched this today one year on and it's still a very welcome reminder of these great time-saving tips. Thank you. David
You actually have to enable templates in the advanced settings. Great video.
AWESOME video... Thankyou for all the tips, etc... appreciated!
Glad it was helpful!
10 Unsubscribe is brilliant! It may help your viewers to know - hold shift and click to open each email in a new window, so Unsubscribe can be seen
Nice! Thanks!
Holy Universe. I didn't know about templates in Gmail. I use (and teach) templates in Outlook. Thank you SO much. Big time-saver!
Great to hear!

Is there a way to create a common email address, to be used for sign up smart home devices ? Thanks
This is the first time I've seen Dotto since Dotto's Data Cafe back in the day. Whoa
Where have you been!
I LOVE labels and use them every day.

That's a great idea!
