    The White Temple looks more monotonous, so I prefer the Blue Temple!
    I didn't expect you to go to the cave where the students got stuck, and I didn't expect it to become a famous tourist attraction!
    Carlo is right, the same kind of tea leaves can be dried in different ways to get different kinds of tea!
    Thailand is beautiful and the food is cheap, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🥰❤🙌

    The temple with the hands reaching up was quite unique! It was beautiful in a very strange way. I think I’ll have to look it up and learn more about that. The temple that was gold and blue was really interesting also. I appreciate you hiking up the mountain to give us all those glorious views! Thank you so much for this fabulous video! Love from Snowy Vermont

    The White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) was an abandoned old temple for several decades. Then about 2 decades ago, a Chiang Rai artist who is also bestowed "National Artist" title with monthly stipend until death about $100, came to renovate this temple by himself and his disciples as helpers. It took several years before completion. At this temple, there is also a small hall showing some of the artist's works.

    Wow, amazing Chiang Rai. The tea plantation is a must, would like to have tried their soap and lotion. 😉 I would love to visit Northern Thailand and explore the different cities and towns you had gone. Thank you for exploring and introducing to us the beauty of the country. I remember that story of the cave rescue and also watched the news about it. There was a Filipino national from Davao who is teaching math and science in Bangkok’s American International school. He was called and volunteered in the rescue team for he’s a well known skilled rock climber. His team were inside the cave for 2 days trying to find small niches and shafts where the boys may possibly stuck. However, the flood situation in the cave warranted an expert in cave diving. So the British expert cave divers were then called after pumping out excess water and finally found the kids then rescue them after a thorough plan including sedating the kids to make the rescue smooth sailing and prevent them from panicking while wearing scuba th-cam.com/video/x_kiX0uUDNI/w-d-xo.html

    Another great video. When I saw you were in Chiang Rai I wondered if you would visit Tham Luang, where the soccer team was rescued. I followed their story obsessively. Tragically one of the boys just died a week or so ago--found unconscious in his dorm room at the English soccer academy he was attending on a scholarship and died two days later in a hospital. Just yesterday his ashes were returned to Thailand and his funeral held. What a sad way for their story to return to the news, and what a coincidence that your video was posted the same day.

    @rkush3830 ปีที่แล้ว

    Wow, so sad to see the Thailand trip come to an end! On to new things!
    The smoke in northern Thailand I think largely comes from Cambodia. Thailand does agricultural burns also. But the problem is the mountain ranges of northern Thailand trapping the smoke. And the smoke will funnel down all the way to Southern Thailand. The White Temple, is a privately owned art exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple. It was built and is owned by the artist Chalermchai Kositpipat. 👍
    Still trying to get caught up from the beginning! But looking forward to your latest! Rich
    PS cool T-shirt Carol!

    About the hazy mountains; it's most likely like the American Smoky Mountains. It's the result of moisture evaporating off the mountains. Looks like smoke.

    Tea is a variety of camelia. The Nilgris and Darjeeling in India receive a lot of rain, so they have no need to irrigate the plants. What would be really good is for Carolina to point out whether these places have toilets and the state of them - so important. . Cat Cafe? - how large is my bag? The grey and white one clealry has British shorthair ancestery. Northern India (Delhi) is also polluted by the farmers burning off their wheat crops in the Punjab after the crops have been harvested. The pal in the city is awful and people with respiratory problems suffer.

    No need to wear a PM2.5 protection mask in Thailand, if you take Turmeric capsule or powder everyday. If you take Turmeric during 5 pm and 11 pm everyday, your memory will be better. And if you take Turmeric + a small amount of Black Pepper powder during that time, your memory will be much better. But because of some natural poison inside Black Pepper, you've to take it every other week.

    White temple: the hands rising from underneath the pond seem to refer to the purgatory (Fegefeuer in German). Inside the temple the face around the entrance has Bin Laden in the iris of the eye and George W. Bush in the other iris. Strange isn't it.
