in this video I am goin to show you the state of my watch collection November 2023. You will see how it changed over the last 4 years, some highlights I recently acquired and a few new pieces I didn't reveal yet. From Mido to Omega to Rolex to Audemars Piguet.

Ahh Niko. So great to see the annual SOTC. One of the first watch channels that caught my eye right when you started. All the great stories. The phone calls all over the world to get the Pepsi. You were a lifesaver during the pandemic. I have to say I’m sad the 214270 is gone. That was for me the core of your watch experience and the beginning of the channel. Alas. Great collection. Love the Coral Red OP - a real find that you were able to buy that at retail after Rolex discontinued it. The Stella dial OPs are all wonderful, I own the green OP 36 and it is my favorite watch in my collection. If $ was not an issue, I'd collect every Stella dial color OP. Cheers!

I like that you go outside Rolex as well. Nice collection. When you talk about your market prices, you talk prices close to Chrono. Most market prices like on Batman or Starbucks you have to take off another 15-20pct in case you really want to sell to grey market. Prices are rock bottom right now- buyers market.
Either a jlc reverso or cartier tank would be a lovely addition. Personally, I would hunt for a PP calatrava as a nice dress watch even a discontinued model
Stunning collection, very nice. Though tbh I think I’d be saying the same thing if you consolidated to about half the box… for me personally the OP36 & Explorer would be better in bigger sizing but whatever works best for you. Maybe a grand complication, all gold piece &/or a Daytona would be next, then call it done! 😃

I like the coral red OP and the silver AP. The newest green bezel Submariner looks better IMO. You need a Daytona for the collection.

I appreciate you mentioning the prices you paid for of the watches since that seems taboo to mention. But the price is a big part of watch collecting.

I am consolidating my collection, hopefully I can get an Atelier Wen Perception soon. As of now I have a Rolex Starbucks/Cermit, Glashutte Original Eye of Sauron, a Omega Seamaster Golden Eye and a Mido Multifort TV Big Date (aside from my Casio and G Shock).
Never would I imagine when I started my journey 4 years ago I would be able to own a Rolex (getting them at retail) and the Glashutte Original.
This is one of the most authentic and diverse collections I have ever seen. Congrats. I only started collecting in 2020, so this is very interesting and inspiring as a newbie, I am always interested in the collection of others and their journey

I do love Pepsi the most. But after “honeymoon period”, simple and classic one like black sub or OP suits me better. Somehow the most boring piece is the best one.

Similar to my bosphorus watch case spec but i got the 10 watches one,, great collection if you can add a JLC reverso and VC Overseas in blue dil and a Daytona it will fit perfectly

Why did you sell the Pokerchip? That was a really unique piece! You need a Lange or JLC next….maybe something with a perpetual calendar

Congrats! Lovely collection. Imho there are too many GMT Master Ii… which is a good problem to face 😅 I would probably replace the Batgirl with something else from Rolex such as a Daytona or a Polar Explorer Ii.

Great watches. I only have 2 😢, the submariner 41 (from AD) and seamaster 300 (from Chrono) and I love them both. Before covid I could only dream and never in a million years imagined I would pay more then 2k for a watch.
Amazing collection, I would get rid of the Tudor black bay 58 and the Girard P. Laureauto. With the funds of those two watches I would use that to get a Vacheron ovesees Blue dial or a white dial daytona. You picked two amazing Mosers. Not a huge fan of that brand, but the dials on those two are fantastic.

That "Guinness" GMT is superb. I'd worry that maybe it wasn't dressy enough for formal occasions and too dressy for casual nights. What kind of situations do you use it for? Does it look good in both "worlds?"

The GMT Guinness is ok, but the Rootbeer is still the king of the two-tones from Rolex. I actually got the call to collect from Dubai Mall recently, although had to turn it down upon seeing in person, as looked quite uninspired when viewing live.
The Pepsi and the ROC are out of this planet
You might want to look into a VC or a Breguet.

I was wondering how were you able to get a ROC as your first AP from the AD? Or does your AD stock Rolex as well as AP, and your Rolex purchase history helped you get the ROC as your first AP?
Ordered the blue dial version around a year ago before I received the silver dial. AP sells directly here, but most of their sales people before worked for one of the big local ADs. So they still know a lot of clients and local collectors.

That’s amazing! Good to see a nice variety. How are Rolex AD’s in Dubai? I can’t get any allocations here in Australia and have tried few other countries. Would I be able to walk into a Rolex boutique in Dubai and walk out the same day with a watch? Preferably a gmt master ii, submariner, or Daytona.
Definitely not. UAE and Australia are both really hard to get allocations. You’d have better luck in the US or EU
